He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and actually takes the time to make sure you’re getting the right part instead of just trying to get you in and out the door. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore. If you’re stopping into this location and need help with anything automotive, ask for Colby. - LTluis TorresAug 13, 20261.0I was in on 813 about early afternoon I heard whoever the dark haired lady is that sits mostly in the back should be discussing her or anyone else’s pay with anyone especially a customer whether on the phone or in person it’s extremely unprofessional if I found out one of my employees were doing this, they would be fired on the spot no exceptions and for someone that’s an enthusiastic about being there in the first place it makes the entire corporation look horrible but the other ones there that weren’t involved in that conversation are absolutely wonderful. April knew what I needed and how to get out the door.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
