    Pretty spanish lady with nails and tatts needs a retraining on customer service. Looking for any little reason to not return things is a great way to drive off existing business. Do you think I'm a scammer or something? Attached is the receipt and barcode, never going to pine Island store again. 1. If it was me behind the counter I would have called the other store (del prado) to try to verify as I could have told you the exact time and date of the tool rental transaction from my bank app. Just because YOUR employee messed up doesnt make it, "not my problem". 2. Not returning something because its missing a barcode is ridiculous. It is illegal to resell ramps because the structure could be compromised after it is returned. So just verifying the model # printed on the ramp itself, and seeing the picture of the one purchased on the online receipt should have been sufficient. Why would you need the barcode if you cant resell? Just using it as an excuse to not do work. When gas is $4 a Gallon this is completely unacceptable. A-zone just earned a customer for life as I own stock in advanced, so I go out of my way to shop here, but the zone is much closer and friendlier.

    Came this morning looking to get a light socket for my Honda went to multiple places and no one was able to help me till i walked in to advance and Yanelis was went out her way to get me everything i need . She really knowledgeable I will come back to see her again
