  I rented one-way, dropping off in Port Canaveral. The car return area was poorly marked and no one was around to "accept" the car. There were no directions on what to do. I was returning it at the 23 hour mark and suspected I'd be charged for another day when they processed it "at some point later" in the day. Sure enough, that happened. It created some headache after the fact, trying to get the additional day removed. This was an odd circumstance to have when returning a car, which is what they should do all day every day.

  Booked car rental but didn't get notified that they aren't open. Shouldn't the company notify people that they aren't open if they have a valid booking??

  We had a great experience returning our rental car and being dropped off at the cruise terminal by Enterprise. The location was easy to get to and service was great.

  Went on a cruise, made reservations in high point, nc and port canaveral Florida. Both managers were very professional. The accommodated me from unexpected circumstances. Very patient and understanding.

  On May 31st, we were on our way to pick up our car rental from Enterprise at Port Canaveral and unfortunately encountered a serious issue where my partner lost his cell phone at the Port Terminal. Long story short, we were shuttled to the Enterprise location and we dealt with Charles Thompson. Despite our distress, Charles handled everything with grace, empathy, and proficiency. His display of friendliness and professionalism was calming as he re-assured us that he would do everything in his power to help, which he did. He offered both of us cold drinks and before even starting the transaction, he went above and beyond to attempt to help us retrieve the lost cell phone. I was absolutely amazed. This is the kind of service that deserves recognition. As for the rental, I was very pleased with the SUV. Very clean and Charles even made sure to provide us with a car with GPS as requested (now that we had no cell phone!). Upon return, Charles was able to provide us with a lift to our cruise terminal, saving us the cost of a taxi. Wow! On top of that, I was also able to witness firsthand the camaraderie between 2 Enterprise reps as my partner also works for Enterprise (Truck division) in Ottawa, Canada. All that to say, Charles is truly deserving of this 5 star rating. Thank you Charles :)
