  Booking was via Alamo but fulfilled by Alamo. Was given excellent service by John to collect keys and sort car seats. Had just come off a transatlantic crossing which had a chaotic disembark so the excellent service was very welcome. Shuttle guys worked tirelessly to ferry delayed passengers getting off and passengers dropping aiming to get on the ship. In addition big shout and thanks Austyn Brinkley. Upon going to the car in the car park it was too small. Austyn sorted us an upgrade for $20 - massive help - would never of got our cases, bags, buggies and 2 kids in otherwise. Lifelines like this just make you rebook next time. Thanks all!

  Anyone from the UK worried about hiring a car PLEASE use this company, Was so easy to use staff are brilliant even drop off at Airport terminal was a so easy. Thanks everyone involved will miss the USA ❤️

  Will not answer any questions about the car or how the options work. Do not offer pick up or drop off options. All people are not technologically savvy. Could add a reasonable fee for pick up or drop off options. Uber charge, to and from, was outrageous! Fairly long check in process even though customer had to put in a lot of information, online, prior to picking up the car

  We just disembarked from Star of the Seas and wanted to share our experience: Key Tips for Cruise Travelers: Book well in advance! Sundays are extremely busy, and cars sell out fast. Skip the shuttle queue: Have one person walk to the rental office directly (it’s super close!) or take a quick Uber/Lyft. Waiting for the port shuttle in the heat with huge crowds is exhausting. Our Experience: We tried booking last minute (the day before disembarkation) and found almost every rental company nearby was fully booked or closed on Sunday. Luckily, Enterprise released a few cars on Sunday morning! Initially, we reserved a standard sedan, but after loading our luggage, we realized it was way too cramped. We asked the front desk, and even though they were busy, they managed to upgrade us to a much better vehicle as soon as one was returned. We just had to wait a few minutes while they cleaned and prepped it for us—totally worth it! Great Customer Care: I had a minor glitch where my booking didn't link to my Platinum membership account due to a system issue. Even though they couldn't apply the Platinum discount post-pickup, the staff handled it with such kindness and professionalism that we were still super happy. Their great attitude and the upgraded car completely turned things around! To top it off, when we returned the car at Tampa Airport, the local Enterprise team proactively reviewed our bill and offered us a partial refund for the trouble. That kind of initiative and care is rare! We used to loyalty-bind with another rental company, but after this incredible experience, Enterprise will definitely be our #1 choice from now on! Special Thanks to the On-Site Team: A special shoutout to the two gentlemen who helped us at the counter—an elegant older gentleman and a young man with curly hair. I unfortunately forgot their names, but their fantastic service and sweet care completely turned our day around!
