- DCdavid capstrawSep 13, 20265.0I had both my headlights go out on my vehicle recently so last Friday I went on my lunch break and bought new headlight bulbs at the Advanced Auto near my job and had planned on putting them in myself over the weekend, unfortunately I had shoulder surgery a few months ago and can't always do everything I used to be able to do. Well anyways I ended up having to go to the Advanced Auto near my house to see if they would help put them in for me even though I bought them at the store near my job, I spoke with the General Manager Jeff Rivers and he was more than happy to help put them in for me and get me back on the road safe and sound. So thank you so much for your help Jeff I greatly appreciate it, God bless you.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
