  I have been going to advance in Callahan for many years amd they have always been super friendly amd so helpful. All of the employees are great. But I want to thank Sandra. She has helped me out many times. And today she went above amd beyond like always. She is an asset and you are lucky to have her. She knows what im talking about when i dont.She always gets me exactly what I need. She is truly wonderful

  My husband and I have been loyal customers of Advance Auto Parts in Callahan, Florida for years, and the reason is simple: the customer service is second to none. Recently, we had a battery issue and needed to take advantage of the remaining warranty on a battery we had purchased several years ago. From the moment we walked in, the experience was stress-free and pleasant. Jose provided absolutely outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us find the best solution. The store manager, Jeff, was equally impressive. He took the time to help us through the transaction, answer our questions, and make sure everything was handled correctly. There was never any pressure or confusion—just honest, friendly service from start to finish. As a woman, I especially appreciated how comfortable and respected I felt throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel rushed, talked down to, or taken advantage of. Instead, I felt valued as a customer and confident that I was receiving honest advice and fair treatment.   I walk in and ask for product personal show me right where the product is or suggest another product just like it that's cheaper and also they will show me name brand products that might cost a little more to leave the decision up to me on what to buy very helpful

  I’ve shopped at this Advance Auto Parts location a few times and the store itself is fine—good selection and usually has what I need. However, one employee’s personal hygiene made the experience really uncomfortable. The body odor was extremely strong and noticeable from several feet away, to the point where it was hard to stay at the counter. Customer service isn’t just about knowledge and speed—basic cleanliness matters too, especially in a retail environment. I hope management addresses this, because it takes away from what could otherwise be a solid store.

  I visited this location today because their posted hours online and on the door say they open at 7:30 AM. I arrived a bit after that time, at 7:45, but found the doors still locked and no one answering the phone. It’s really inconvenient to rely on posted hours that aren’t being followed. I hope the store can update their hours or be more consistent so customers aren’t left waiting.
