    The employees at this shop really make this place shine. Our car completely broke down and employee, Joseph Lopez, spent hours helping us with different solutions that didn’t involve moving the car. They called countless mechanics for us as well, being they had many connections in the area. We really felt they went above and beyond. So appreciative of how autozone helped us in our time of need. We will never forget their kindness.

    I went there knowing I needed a battery in my 2018 Tacoma. Jared met me at the door and immediately came out and tested the original 2018 battery, it was bad of course. I told hom to give me the best he could recommend and he did! Then he spent a great deal of time being sure all of the leaking acid from the old, unsealed battery was cleaned. He then installed the new sealed battery and corrosion controllant. Jared is the bomb, he took the time to be sure all was right for me. Thanks again Jared!!!

    Long story short, you guys are very unprofessional.Speaking to my 17-year-old in that manner.When he's not a technician and was just doing what the shop asked him to do blows.My mind, our mechanic is a certified master technician.Here in town so this morning, he gave me a peace of mind. He showed me our old one, put it back in and everything works, just fine, put in the new 1 and absolutely nothing works. See, he's redoing my engine Bay because it's a show car, so I wouldn't expect you to understand but for you to take that leap like you're a certified technician that knows exactly what's going on and then belittle a 17-year-old sweetheart, you need Jesus
