  Dealt with these guys in a few occasions. Each time it was smooth and straightforward. Today Anthony helped me get a tire rotation and wheel alignment and honored their online pricing. Another smooth and positive experience!

  Saved my day! Woke up with low tire pressure. Arrived @ 8:00 am on Friday morning tire was repaired and out the door in 15 minutes. Fast service and great friendly staff!

  Fast, friendly service, and when I went out to get my car, the tech scrubbed off two old stickers that I could not get off from prior oil changes without even asking. Really nice surprise!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with Tire Kingdom. I was traveling and ended up with a flat tire shortly after having surgery, which made the situation even more stressful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and professional. One gentleman in particular went above and beyond—he offered to fix my tire quickly without hesitation, even though I hadn’t purchased my tires there. They had me back on the road in about 25 minutes, and what truly surprised me was that they didn’t charge me anything or ask for a tip. That level of honesty, compassion, and generosity is rare these days. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommend Tire Kingdom to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and genuinely caring servic

  I will NEVER use this place again. I wish there is a 0 star option. I placed 2 Amazon tire delivery and install orders. One for my car, and one for my mom's. On Friday they couldn't find her order. Anyways, I went through an ordeal with that. At the time, I just thought it was operator error and when my mom called me to try to fix the hassle from and get more info. I gave them the tire size and miraculously they were able to find it.*I later found out that Tire Kingdom cancelled the service date after speaking with Amazon.* So now today, I had a 1pm appointment, we were told it was going to be an hour and a half to put the tire on. So I left the car there. Good thing I have a company vehicle and a personal vehicle. At 2:48pm Tire Kingdom called me stating they were just starting on the tire, but one of my lug nuts were swollen, and they were going to have to charge me 50 dollars for them to break it off, plus a new lug nut. I looked at my boyfriend and I repeated what was said. So he said take him up there and he would get it off. The shop allowed him to take it off, permitting they back the car out the shop. My boyfriend got the lug nut off in 20 seconds flat... The real kicker was when my boyfriend showed them the lug nut, Anthony, the man working says "We dont have any lug nuts that size in stock..." so then we went over to O'Reilly to purchase a lug nut. This place is a joke, a hot mess, and feels like they were trying to get over on me because I am a woman. Now what if I did not have a man with me to do their job, and they broke the lug nut off the car? Would I have recieved my vehicle back with 4 lug nuts? I bet they were not expecting me to pull up with my man and his impact gun. Please do not go to this place. I used them because it was close, and it was not Mavis tires on County line rd and Mariner who are equally just as much of a joke. I believe they are the same company. Smh. Tire Kingdom needs to offer a discount on mount and balance since my man took the lug nuts off. Anyways I should have taken a picture of my man doing their job, but I didn't. Avoid this place if you can. Personally I LOVE TIRES PLUS. Their customer service, knowledgeable & experienced workers make the difference. Amazon just does not allow them to be a ship to store affiliate. Hopefully in the future Amazon can use a better company for delivery. I still am in disbelief that this place tried to get over on me for 50 dollars on something that was done in 20 seconds flat. We finally got the car back at 3:45pm. I would love for someone from corporate to contact me.
