  Kevin was super friendly and helpful. He got me a new pass since my windshield needed to be replaced recently and the sticker was taken along with it. I didn’t have to wait long at all for him to go grab me a new sticker so I can get my car washed.

  The team at Take 5 Car Wash provided excellent service by being friendly, efficient, and making sure every customer had a great experience. Their attention to detail and positive attitude helped create a welcoming environment, especially Kyle, who went above and beyond to assist customers.

  Absolute top notch service. They go above and beyond when you’re here. They even came and grabbed my floor mats to pressure wash them to save me time cleaning. Stephen took care of me and made sure my truck was fitting perfect before I even got in. Only place I’ll ever bring my truck to to get a car wash. Cleanest facility in Hernando by a long shot. I see why they’ve been here longer than all the other car washes around.

  Very disappointing experience this morning. The entrance remained blocked off after the posted opening time, forcing customers to wait partially in the roadway because the parking lot entrance was roped off. This creates an unnecessary traffic hazard and should have been addressed before opening. At 8:03 AM, several minutes after opening, staff were still taking their time walking down to remove the ropes while appearing more focused on their phones than assisting waiting customers. To make matters worse, the windshield prep before entering the wash was rushed and poorly done, leaving visible spots and debris behind. If you’re going to open at a certain time, the entrance should be accessible and staff should be ready to provide the service customers are paying for.

  Loosing patients, have unlimited wash service, but when you try to enter you get message ... "You have exceeded your monthly limit",.. and you have to wait for attendant to go check their computer so you can enter. The Point of the issue is I pay for unlimited car washing but it seems there is a limit, they just don't tell their customers about it. This has happened at end of month and then a week later in a new month. There is a problem and it needs to be corrected quickly.
