  I'm a bit disappointed. I bought the mid-level wash, which I thought comes with a pre-soak for the tires and rims. But I had to hand clean my rims, the pre-soak didn't work at all. I was in a rush, leaving town for holiday, otherwise I would have asked for another quick wash. Seems a bit expensive, more than $20 for just a wash and some added stuff the atenddant couldn't describe. The vacuum seems to lack power also. It took many swipes across all areas of carpet to get it clean. Didn't have enough suction to get dirt out of crevices.

  I recently came to this car wash and had a great experience! Jasmine had great customer service and was able to help me answer a few questions about purchasing a membership! She had me sold!
