  I'm a bit disappointed. I bought the mid-level wash, which I thought comes with a pre-soak for the tires and rims. But I had to hand clean my rims, the pre-soak didn't work at all. I was in a rush, leaving town for holiday, otherwise I would have asked for another quick wash. Seems a bit expensive, more than $20 for just a wash and some added stuff the atenddant couldn't describe. The vacuum seems to lack power also. It took many swipes across all areas of carpet to get it clean. Didn't have enough suction to get dirt out of crevices.

  Excellent service! Jasmine was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Her warm smile and positive attitude made the entire experience even better. She went above and beyond to provide great customer service, and my car looked amazing when it was finished. I’ll definitely be returning!🚗✨😊
