  I have literally had the same bugs on my windshield after 3 washes... they don't even attempt to brush the car down before sending you into the wash... the kids that spray the car barely do half the car

  This car wash damaged the mirror on our Mustang and it is obvious on video. The manager Jordan has 0 people skills and let the damage report sit for 2 weeks. When I asked for his supervisor’s name and number he said no, I asked for the corporate number and was told to Google it. Finally talked to his supervisor and the claim was turned in and declined. I would recommend looking at the amount of 5 star reviews all in the same day (this usually is an indication of buying reviews) you should check the lowest ratings and see the trend. I will be taking legal action this entire situation has been very mentally stressful with Jordan acting in a threatening manner walking behind me as we talked several times, property damage, diminished value for paint work on the car and lost wages trying to get answers. If any others damaged by the car wash and employees would like to start a class action lawsuit let me know.
