  I got a Crack in my windshield on my way home yesterday. So I pulled into the Safelite store on 50 and they had it repaired in about 20 minutes. It's practically invisible now, and the staff was friendly and professional.

  Worst service ever they installed a windshield in our 2026 Hyundai. The car was barely driven when we noticed a Crack from the base of the windshield that they had just installed. We called to have it replaced. Weeks later they come out and the young man basically inspect the Crack with his phone and determined that they would not cover it! We explained to him nothing hot the windshield that it wasn't even being driven when this happened. But he stated they would not cover it. We requested a manager to call us that was the Saturday before father's day. As of today one week later NO ONE has called us back and the windshield is still not fixed. I specifically told them I would not allow another claim on my insurance for a product that was damaged from their installation. He told me a manager would call me and they would have me bring it down to the shop to discuss.... IT NEVER HAPPENED! I am completely disappointed that they didn't inspect it when it happened so his claim can not even be verified and now they refuse to make the mistake correct.

  Deavon, my technician, and Jen in customer service at this location were prompt, professional and courteous. Jen truly made my day with Safelite’s significant Veteran’s discount that she relayed to Deavon in real time. At this moment, I’m a little over a barrel financially so I am thankful from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Jen, Deavon and Safelite! I highly recommend this location.

  Every single step and interaction was extremely professional and courteous. Our car was just under 3 months old when a rock cracked our windshield. Initially we scheduled a repair to minimize cost until the technician informed us under Florida law our deductible would be waved. We were very grateful for this information as a repair on such a new vehicle was not our first choice. They rescheduled our appointment for a windshield replacement and we couldn't be happier with the results. Kudos!!

  Not impressed with their customer service. Didn't bother to ask VIN # so they came out first time with wrong windshield so I had to reschedule. They sent 6 texts saying they were coming today between 8-12. Its after 12 now, NOONE has called, texted, bothered to let me know they are evidently behind. Spent 10 minutes just trying to get a human to answer phone. Horrible customer service, I wouldn't bother with them. Looking for another place that actually wants my money.
