Gabriel did a fantastic job installing my new windshield and answering all of my questions. He was quick, professional, and polite throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician! Highly recommend!

I had several things go wrong none really caused by the shop just irratating things but the professional and friendly way that they were handled made up for everything. It's great when all goes well but truth in a great shop shows up when they handle the problems.

Setting up the appointment was very easy. The technician arrived timely and went right to work. His knowledge of my car and accessing the windshield was smooth and efficient. He kept all components very clean and organized. Such a delightful experience and the windshield install was fantastic.

I had Safelite come to my house to change out the windshield. First trip the windshield they brought was cracked and wasn’t noticeable until they took off tape. So I had to reschedule. Second visit went smoothly without a hitch. Took about an hour. It was fun watching how they break the seal on original windshield. Scheduling on line was easy. The technician called with arrival estimate and again when he was about 15 minutes out. I would definitely use Safelite again if necessary.

Had an appt on a Wednesday, guy came out saw a cloud and said he’d have to reschedule due to weather. Had to make arrangements with my job to stay home on Thursday,.. someone else came out, everything seemed to be going well… my daughter brought him out cold water and when he came to my door I gave him a cash tip. Takes the money not even one thank you… just proceeds to tell me that I will need to schedule an appt to go to their shop 30 miles from me because he cannot recalibrate my windshield which disables all of my safety features. I go in a few days later get it worked on for now my third appt with safe light in a week, and now my blind spots warnings and lane assist isn’t working properly. They told me I would have to come back again or that my safety features were changed back to factory settings and I’d need to set them back. Why wouldn’t they have said that during the appointment? I called them because they come to me and Dave me time and the whole thing turned out to be a huge inconvenience. Next time I will be calling someone else.
