  Don’t call them for repair! It will be worse. They purposely use a machine that puts a lot of pressure on the glass so it makes the tiny crack larger to then charge the insurance for a windshield replacement! “The pressure” of the machine has a chance of making it worse. Yea that’s what the company wants for it to break more so they can make more money on a windshield replacement than a simple crack repair! Scam! Next time I use a crack repair kit from Amazon that I’ve used before on other vehicles and has worked perfectly. I tried to give them a chance.

  While placing the windshield on my 2001 Corvette, the staff did not hesitate to address an issue regarding the weatherstripping around the Windshield. I appreciated how they explained their concer and had to reschedule the appointment due to the need to purchase new weatherstripping. The replacement took a lot longer than expected (appointment was scheduled at 7, I left the store at about 1030), I appreciated the manager explaining, (and thanking me for my patience), they were taking their time with the install because they wanted to make sure everything was installed correctly, to include the new, and difficult to install weatherstripping.

  Safelight came to my home and exchanged my cracked windshield. Appointment was easy and prompt. Customer service was great prompt and reliable. Technician Chris went over no power wash for a few days to let Adhesive set up and not to tint upper windshield for a few weeks. Chris was professional and friendly. He even put my pikepass sticker on the new windshield. Would highly reccommend and would use again. My ins. Co. Covered my windshield with no out of pocket expense which is required in Florida.

  Rock hit & cracked windshield so was an insurance claim, insurance contacted Safelite then Safelite called us to setup appointment. So happy with our experience with Safelite. Definitely recommend them.

  Everyone at the shop was great. They said it was gonna be an hour and a half. Soon as they took my keys they were pulling it in the bay verifying they received the correct window replacement. I was handed my keys exactly and hour and a half later. Everyone at the shop was really nice.
