- CMChristopher MilApr 24, 20265.0I just got my 2021 Venza back. Fantastic job! This a rare or almost impossible business to find in 2026. One that under promises and over delivers. 1st: they said it would take 2 weeks to get me in, got in 1 week. 2nd: promised to be maybe finish on a Friday or Monday, done on Thursday. 3rd: The work came in under estimate and they gave me back the difference. This is rarest of all. 4th: They have a free shuttle to take you home and pick you up during the week. Just have to make arrangements for it. 5th: They washed the car and cleaned the interior. Unexpected. Special shout out to Chris Mooney for the estimating and follow through, Darin the shuttle driver and dang it, I can't remember the names of the office managers who sit out front. All of them provided great customer service.

Everything was a easy process. I had a rental which was convenient because enterprise is in the same building . Michael the geico specialist was very great also. Thank you Mike's auto body. I will definitely be back if something happens.
