  I've personally brought in 2 different vehicles for repairs.. both times picking up both vehicles, there was NEW damage to them. My truck had new damage & thankfully was repaired after telling the technician that he was lying about the damage. The 2nd vehicle had NEW damage 3 different times! This location needs some real training & not lying to customers. False advertisement for caring for others vehicles!

  USE CAUTION... as a business owner myself in this area I stand by my work. Unfortunately Mike and his employees dont. My daughters vehicle was hit on the rear side on a parking spot and we decided to work with Mikes as ive used them in the past. While the vehicle was in their possession the vehicle recieved damaged in there parking lot from another vehicle and also had residue that pulled the clear coat off the trunk. Mikes said they would repair the additional damages and put on a part once it comes in. Fast forward 2-3 weeks the part was finally ordered and came in to the shop. Kelly who was very helpful called and we set up the appointment to have the repairs done and part put on. In the process of the tech buffing the trunk they put an even bigger scratch in the same area that the residue was taken off ( approx. 8 inches long ) this was a very clear and obviously mark as it was seen immediately on pick up. The service guy not going to mention his name but 1st door to the right in the hallway when you enter, called me a liar and said that the scratch was allready there. Now when i dropped it off i showed him the spot on the trunk and it was clearly not a major scratch. I have pictures of the damage prior and a video of the vehicle on my HD cameras leaving my office and gps monitoring of it going straight to Mikes. I asked to speak to the manager directly as this was unexceptable and was done by there employee most likely accidentally. Mike comes out calling me a liar saying that the damage was there previously and appeared to have rust on it allready. Completely false. I may have used a few choiced words expressing my concerns with them both calling me liar. At this time Mike told me to get off of his property and they will not be doing any repairs to the vehicle. The vehicle is a brand new nissan sentra that only has 3,000 miles on it. I will never work with them again and will never refer anyone as well to them. If the time it takes wasnt so long i would file a civil lawsuit against them. Take credit for your employees and stop calling your customers a liar.

  I came to them for a warranty claim and a self pay. They are all amazing from Angelina and Kelly who had to deal with the warr company for days and never griped and always kept me informed. Then John who did my estimate and to the amazing team that just made my 2023 Ford Escape look practically brand new. You can definately tell they all take pride in their work and that you leave happy. Would highly recommend. I hope I don't have to be back under those circumstances but if i am i know my car will be taken good care of and they will be in constant communication!!

  My husband unfortunately, got into two accidents with two different trucks (not his fault). Both times the trucks were taken to Mike’s auto body and they turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined. You couldn’t even tell that the truck was in an accident and both trucks had difficult paint to match with lots of flake and they killed it. They were courteous and thorough the whole time and insisted on installing new parts as opposed to the insurance company’s demand of used parts. I cannot say enough good things about Mikes and they have a customer for life from me!
