- GGGary GearhartJun 11, 20261.0If I could leave zero stars I would because this company deserves it. I reserved a car the day before my pick up time was 1pm. At 1230 Toby the so called manager called and said they had no car for me. I asked when he would and he said he didn't know maybe in the evening. When I asked why do you take reservations for cars you don't have and maybe Enterprise should get more cars Toby was very sarcastic and said we will make sure we do that. After trying 3 locations at Enterprise and talking to customer service 3 times and no calls back from management I took my business to Budget in New Port Richey. Enterprise lost 2 customers in our household today one was a rewards member. By the way folks Budget was cheaper for a full size car rental too 😀
- LCLelan ChilsonMay 29, 20261.0Made a reservation for a vehicle well in advance and was called the morning of picking up the vehicle to let me know it was ready. By the time I was getting ready to pick up my rental, they called and let me know they had no vehicles available. The people running the local office have zero customer service. We called corporate and corporate told us they HAD a vehicle, and that they were holding it from us. We could see the vehicle we reserved in the lot. To top it off, we watched the manager and his minion take off to the back parking lot and hide until they closed to not have to deal with us because we filed a complaint with corporate. Worst experience renting a vehicle ever.

The lack of empathy and urgency is unbelievable for a company that prides itself on service, and the local staff would do better at Twisty treat.
