  Absolutely horrible service, they won’t honor corporate bookings and will hang you out to dry. If your a Manager who travels and needs a dependable company this isn’t it. The lack of empathy and urgency is unbelievable for a company that prides itself on service, and the local staff would do better at Twisty treat.

  Closed on Sundays, and specifically, does not offer after-hours drop-off, I am effectively trapped into paying for a three-day rental (Saturday morning to Monday morning) just to use the car for 7 hours on Saturday. Can this be resolved? EDIT - Not only could it not be resolved, they put me on a gaslighting loop, as if it would be resolved.

  I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise after my own car was involved in an accident and needed repairs. When I picked up the rental, I mentioned that I wasn’t particular about the model since I expected to have it for only a day or two. I was given a Mitsubishi Mirage. From the moment the car was started, it made concerning noises. I initially dismissed it because I thought I’d only be driving it briefly. However, on a trip out, the thermostat warning light came on. It turned off on the way back, but the fact that it appeared at all was alarming. Later, I learned that my own vehicle wouldn’t be ready until Friday, so I contacted Enterprise to request a different rental. At that point, I was told there were no other cars available due to a “shortage.” I was also told that all Mirages “sound like that” and that it wasn’t a big deal. I understand that rental fleets can be limited, but being given a vehicle with warning lights and mechanical concerns is unacceptable. A rental car should be safe, reliable, and free of obvious issues. Dismissing a customer’s safety concerns instead of offering a solution is not the level of service I expect. BTW, I am still waiting for another vehicle. Revision: They called back shortly after this posted. They said another vehicle was just dropped off. It had not been cleaned yet. I was fine with it. The gentleman that called me was pleasant and quick to get me out the door. Thank you for fixing the issue. Note to everyone: DO NOT TAKE A MITS MIRAGE.
