  Rented a mini van for a week. The staff was very friendly and had us on our way in no time at all. When returning the vehicle Emily, same staff that issued the vehicle, was very efficient in checking us in. Thank you for a great experience.

  I really love the guy who waited on us. Very professional and full knowledge , friendly and fast. If you use this location ask for Gui, pronounced Gee. He ROCKS HARD! I love Enterprise they are the best car rental company around. Remember to check out Gui, he's pretty awesome! Thank you Gui and give him a raise, its hard to find good employees these days, the rest of the staff was very nice as well.

  Only open for 3 hours on Saturdays. We scheduled through Costco without knowing the early closing time. We unfortunately lost our ride to the airport.

  Absolutely disgraceful level of service from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. A corporate reservation made a full week in advance—something you’d expect any competent rental company to manage without issue—was completely disregarded and ultimately not honored. If you are a working professional who relies on scheduled travel, do not trust this company. There is zero sense of accountability or urgency. The fact that they waited until the day before pickup to inform me they “couldn’t fulfill the reservation” is beyond unacceptable. At that point, there is no service being provided—just last-minute failure dumped onto the customer with no real solution. For a company that promotes itself as dependable and service-oriented, the reality is the opposite. There is a clear breakdown in basic operational execution and customer responsibility. Reservations apparently carry no weight, and customers are treated as an afterthought. What makes it worse is the complete lack of empathy or effort to resolve the situation. No urgency, no meaningful alternatives, just a notification that they failed to do their job. That level of disregard is unacceptable for any business, let alone one built around travel logistics. If reliability, professionalism, and basic follow-through matter to you, avoid Enterprise for corporate or time-sensitive travel. They cannot be counted on when it actually matters.
