  I’ve been renting from Enterprise for over 20 years, and unfortunately, the service seems to get worse instead of better. I honestly don’t understand how a company can repeatedly have the same problems and still consider it acceptable. I constantly hear, “We’ll get you out as soon as we can.” Well, if I make a reservation for 8:00 AM, why am I still sitting there at 8:45 AM waiting to get my rental? What exactly is the point of making a reservation if the location isn’t staffed well enough to have the vehicle ready and get customers on the road anywhere close to their reserved time? The biggest issue is that they never seem to have enough employees. Customers are left waiting while employees are overwhelmed, and somehow the customer is expected to just accept it. After 20+ years of renting from Enterprise, I can honestly say I’m beyond frustrated. This isn’t a one-time bad experience. It’s a constant pattern of poor service, long waits, understaffing, and excuses. Enterprise needs to seriously improve its customer service and staffing. People make reservations because they have somewhere to be, not because they want to spend 45 minutes sitting around waiting for a car. Terrible experience. Terrible service. I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

  Customer service was terrible same dental pic, same trashcan, overflowing, same dirty floors that were there on Monday were there on Wednesday when I returned the car just terrible display of people not wanting to work or help other people

  Make sure when returning the vehicle you check the fuel ⛽️ what was given otherwise they will charge you $6 a gallon

  I had submitted survey with a negative review because of a situation involving a claim on a returned vehicle and Michelle at this location was gracious enough to reach out to me and let me that in the future if I ever had any issues involving the service I received from them then speak with her first.I appreciate her response and her willingness to make things right.She provided great customer service.

  This is my third time renting from this location, and the team has always been great. Michael was very helpful and did everything he could to accommodate my requests. Really appreciate the great service!
