I walked in for a tire patch without an appointment, and was out the door within 45 minutes. Drew was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and honest. Customer service was top notch! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Mark and his team are amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. I could not be happier with this team and the work they performed on my car. I would HIGHLY recommend using them. They have worked on my car several times and pricing and workmanship was GREAT! Very nice and friendly place. GREAT team!

Man this place was a lifesaver... I caught a flat one minute away, went through the hassle of changing my own spare tire googled this place and took care of my situation. Didn't have to ride far on a donut, and can go back to work. Thank you guys for the rapid service.

Had a great experience here getting a new tire put on with Marc. I originally came in for a repair after getting a nail in my tire but it was unfortunately not repairable. Marc kept me informed across multiple hiccups and always throughly laid out my options for me to make an informed decision with no pressure. When i asked he also let me know that it was not necessary to get my other rear tire replaced because the tread was not low enough to cause any issues. as a women going alone to get my car fixed it’s hard to find a shop you can trust to be honest with you. 10/10 service

Manager (Mark) certainly presented as affable and professional. However, the reality of this shop's service turned-out to be less than favorable. Purchased four new tires (~$1500) and experienced this: 1) Upon pickup, all tires had yellow grease stains from the tech during installation. When I asked about it, manager stated that it'll clean right off after the next time it rains. Uh, how about you get a wet rag and clean those tires I just spent nearly $1500 on?! Take some pride in your work. 2) Upon pickup, all four tires were missing their air caps. Manager yelled about his tech. Um, the job of quality-control is the manger's main responsibility, not the tech's and certainly not the customer's job to point this out. 3) Dropped off at 8:30am and was told 3 hours to complete. Wasn't ready until 3:30pm, seven hours later. Manager complained it was really busy that day. Shop seemed disorganized and under-staffed. 4) Upon pickup, I asked whether the spare tire had been checked for air pressure / tire rot. This would normally be an obvious thing to check right? Nope. They never bothered checking. 5) Mavis doesn't offer free tire rotation or balancing after new tire purchase. Manager said that's not something they offer any longer, but did in the past. 6) After driving off, the ride felt very spongy, so I went to a nearby Tire Kingdom (now owned by Mavis) and found that all four tires were not properly inflated. Should have inflated to 40 PSI, they came in at 28, 30, 30, 31. 7) The next day, I got on the highway and noticed significant steering wheels vibration after 50 mph, which indicates that the tire balancing was not done correctly. Now, I'll have to pay to have the tires re-balanced at an experienced tire shop. Welp, that about sums up my first and last time at Mavis Tire.
