  In and out oil change!!! Very professional. Antonio, I trust he is the manager there, looks after clients extremely well. All team is fantastic and very attentive. Definitely come back for my next oil change.

  This is how an oil change should go. I was there 15-20 minutes total. All the staff was friendly. Quick and easy. If it wasn't for the costs and the obligatory upsell attempt, it would be 5 stars.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this time I feel I need to warn other customers. I came in for an oil change on my truck. At first, everything seemed fine, and the staff was friendly as usual. Then they recommended replacing my filters and windshield wipers, saying they were worn out. I agreed, even though I had not planned on doing that. After leaving the shop, I noticed that my windshield had been cracked. It was obvious the damage happened during the wiper replacement. What made it even worse is that, right before I left, one of the workers sprayed the windshield fluid and acted like he was cleaning the glass, which now feels like an attempt to distract me from noticing the crack right away. I noticed the damage within about 5 minutes of leaving and called them immediately. Instead of even trying to check with their employees or look into what happened, they denied responsibility right away. The person on the phone did not investigate anything and went straight to saying it was definitely not them. What bothers me most is not the money, because my company’s insurance covers the windshield. The real issue is the complete lack of professionalism and the dishonest attitude. They are friendly when everything goes smoothly, but if they damage something, they seem ready to wash their hands of it and leave the customer to deal with the problem alone. Very disappointing experience. Be careful when agreeing to extra services here.

  GO to 602 E Brandon and meet the General Manager Antonio. Today I met him and his crew - Levi, Ishmael and Frank. They are the best human beings, hard working and knowledgeable professionals and FUN. They CARE about their customers and their vehicles in every way. They even got my hood to close correctly because it was not closing right for a while. They would not let me drive off unless they were satisfied that everything was alright. The Team there knows what they're doing and they definitely know what Customer Service is. Antonio is a true leader and the team works well together. I had an excellent experience there today and I have great respect for all of the staff. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube, especially this particular shop and the great services they offer. Thank you everybody!
