  I had such a wonderful experience at AutoZone thanks to Nathan! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I needed help with my coolant refill, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of instead of rushing through the interaction. What really stood out to me was how willing he was to go above and beyond to help me locate a missing screw I had been stressing about. He stayed patient the entire time and never once made me feel like I was bothering him. Nathan has such a kind and positive personality, and you can tell he truly enjoys helping people. He was super sweet, professional, and made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful for me. I also have to mention the funny sound effects he makes because they honestly made me laugh and brought such good energy to the store. It’s rare to meet someone who can be both extremely knowledgeable and make customers feel comfortable and welcomed at the same time. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Nathan turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a genuinely enjoyable experience. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you again, Nathan!!! I will forever be coming to the store because of your patience, kindness, and for going the extra mile to help me out. I truly appreciate it and will definitely be coming back because of the excellent service I received! Woohoo!!!

  Joshua was so kind and helpful and help me gets the parts I needed and even got them on the car!! Beater than most mechanics I saw! and with every question it was the best experience ever as well as Monica helped a few days before as well and was very kind best Autozone by far in the area!!! 🙏🙏🙏
