  Went in to purchase a $.50 metal handle chemical brush. They had it marked up to $10.00!!! For convenience I bought one but they lost ALL my business.going forward. #ripoff #overpriced #beware

  This review actually isn’t for tracker boats, but because they would not give me the information that I wanted unfortunately I can’t review the actual company that I would like to review. I bought my boat in 2021 and had it built. I bought a rocket trailer from a trailer dealer. The rocket trailer that I ordered was supposed to be set up for the Tahoe 1950 boat and after a couple phone calls, I found out that it was set up properly. The gel coat on the bottom of the boat cracked where the bunks were so I brought it back to tracker because they use an outside vendor for their gel coat. The first round of gelcoat did not work and cracked again in the same places, even after moving bunks and modifying the trailer to fit the boat better. It’s the middle of summer in Florida and I dropped my boat off and had to wait over two weeks to get an answer from the gelcoat company as to if they were going to stand behind their work. And of course they would not. Tracker would not give me the name of the company who did the gel coat so I cannot review them properly so unfortunately this two star review will have to go to tracker instead of the gelcoat company that I really wanted to review. So if anyone from tracker gets this review and would like to give me the name of the gelcoat company, I will delete this and review them instead.

  Called Basspro to get a replacement Bimini top for my 2023 Tahoe 200S boat. Man on the phone walked me through and told me he found a complete replacement for my boat. $700+ for a replacement ordered on 5/5/26 on 6/29/26, It arrived as only canvas and it’s another $700+ to order the poles. So upset, I would have just ordered the poles, or order a generic Bimini top from Amazon for $100. Would not recommend buying from them. This is my second Tahoe and have had nothing but problems getting anything for it.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Let me start off and tell you about this frustration. Iv dealt with this company multiple times at this location. Only good if you’re looking to buy parts. (Sometimes) The most recent crap is I bought a brand new 24ft party barge pontoon for $50,000 Let’s talk about everything I have had to replace so far in first 3 weeks in: needed a new Bimini tops. Dry rotted and tore on second day of break in. Set stitching on co-captain chair tore. The ignition for the boat went bad. They installed very poorly my simrad with ram mount and I had to change the wiring. To make it work. Now I went to go do my 100 hour service and I open the cowl and there is salt water everywhere maybe a lose hose I don’t know. Then, I start having shifting problem , and maybe about 5 days after 100 hour service my lower unit is stuck and forward and won’t go into neutral almost causing a crash on the water . What quality are the boats being made and how if they did proper checks before sending out can all this happen. And I have learned my mistake with giving them a boat for warranty. Last time they had a boat of mine for warranty it was 6 weeks after being told 1-2 just to get an answer and they still didn’t look at it. Understaffed here like crazy. I would hope tracker boater owner sees this and wants to do right by me. I own a rental company which we buy 2-3 boats a year . And I have never dealt with this many issues. And the lack of customer service or attention to wanna help the guy out who would potentially buy 2-3 boats a year from is wild . Very disappointing

  Had a great experience buying my first boat through this Tracker Boat Center and I got a great price on my new 2018 Tracker Pro 170. Carl and Ricky were great and never once made me feel pressured. Had a problem with my trucks wiring and couldn't get any of the lights working on the trailer. Ricky volunteered to tow the boat to my house so I would have it once I fixed the wiring on my truck. I highly recommend this center and highly recommend working with Carl and Ricky. Very knowledgeable guys. Also, a shout out to Hunter for the help going through the boat with me prior to taking it home. Great group of guys. Do yourself a favor and visit them if you're interested in a boat.
