  Mike and Courtney provided excellent, professional service along with the technician. In and out within 30 min for a tire patch. Thanks so much for the great service! I'll be buying my tires from here for now on.

  Disappointed! Visited the shop because my air conditioner was not blowing cold. I asked that someone look at it and give me options of what the issue could be. 15 minutes later, a mechanic approached us and stated he filled it with Freon and it still was not blowing cold. Stated I needed an AC compressor and then they charged us $250.00? Nobody asked for permission. Do you just complete work without having approval. Still have no cold air conditioning. I will never walk in there again. Money does not grow on trees and I asked for an assessment. Stay away from this business. Maybe they have $ quotas to reach each day. If there was a no star option, that would be my choice.

  Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. We were at Tire Kingdom from around 8 AM dealing with a tire installation that should have been simple. I ordered a specific Highway Pro Series tire online, and my receipt clearly showed what I ordered. My husband was given a completely different all terrain tire instead. We then had to go back to the store, where they eventually told us the correct tire was at another Mavis location and would need to be brought over. After spending basically the entire day dealing with this, we finally got the correct tire installed. Then we were charged around $240 when the online price was around $170. Considering the entire situation, I asked if they could do anything about the price and was given only a $25 discount. When I asked for corporate contact information to make a complaint, I was told it was “somewhere online” and was not given a phone number. And somehow, that still wasn’t the end of it. When we got home, we realized they had installed the tire without putting the cap back on. My husband now has to take the tire back off himself to fix something that should have been done during the installation. Mistakes happen, but the way this entire situation was handled was incredibly frustrating and the customer service was just as disappointing as the installation. We lost an entire day over something that should have been a straightforward tire installation. I would not recommend this location.

  Tire Kingdom employees are a great group of honest professionals that treated me with respect and answered all my inquiries. Pricing is affordable and they will not let you leaving feeling like you were taken advantage of. I highly recommend doing business with this establishment! In the future, should I need tires I will certainly without hesitation consider Tire Kingdom; thank you!

  I am disappointed with my experience at this location. I went in with a screw in my tire and was informed that it wasn't repairable. I paid the deposit for a replacement and was told the tire would be ready the next day. The following day, I received a voicemail stating my tire had arrived and was ready for installation at my convenience. However, when I arrived, I was told the tire hadn't even shipped yet. I tried to get clarity regarding the voicemail, but the communication simply wasn't there. That said, Courtney was professional and helpful when I returned she was the bright spot in an otherwise frustrating process. My advice to others: call ahead to double-check that your parts are physically in stock before making the trip. I'm hopeful this was just an off-day, but based on my experience, caution is advised.
