I stopped by Tire Kingdom to have a tire leak looked at and David greeted me with a smile asking what he can do for me.. I told him I had a tire that had been leaking air for a few days and wanted to have it looked at. He said let’s get that taken care of and in a matter of 15-20min my tire leak was fixed.. if there’s one thing I respect most about a business it’s customer service and David had it.. I would happily return for service in the future.. Huge Thank you from the Lawrence Family David.. 🙏🏽🙌🏾

Went in to have tire patched up. They got me quickly in/out, didn’t try to upsell too much. Manger was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely continue to get my car serviced here

I ordered tires for my mom’s 24 year old car and the staff was great. They gave me options that were very reasonably priced and still 65,000 tread life, quality tires. They let me know which ones were on special for added savings. Then we set up an appointment for my mom to get the work done. They were glad to accommodate her when she needed to change her appointment day. When she arrived she said they were very pleasant, had a nice waiting area, and were great about keeping her informed. They installed the new tires with mounting, balancing, and road hazard, checked all her fluids and even told her she didn’t need an oil change yet as the fluid was still good. They did let her know that her wiper blades were getting dried out and cracking and they replaced them for a little more than if I just bought them at an auto parts store and put them on myself. I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing tires or other mechanical work done to their vehicles.

I know this review is gonna sound very fake because even if I was reading it, I would think it was a fake review, but Mike and DAVID asked for them. They are absolutely amazing. Very friendly. Very informational. Will tell you exactly what you need. They’re not gonna try and take all your money. They will literally tell you what it is and if it’s beneficial for you or not, which Is honestly what everybody wants in a Mechanic. 10/10 service

Go somewhere else! We had an unbelievably disgusting experience while here. Mike (a technician) was incredibly rude and nasty. We arrived for an appointment at 9:00am for an oil change and was told that no technicians were there to service the vehicle. One called out sick, one didn't show, and one was late. The guy at the counter said two technicians would arrive within 30 minutes, so we went for a walk with no complaints. Two whole hours later (for an oil change and tire rotation), we get a call asking if we wanted new tires. We declined and asked when the vehicle would be ready for pickup; 10-15 minutes was the reply. As we were coming back to pickup the car, we saw Andrew (our technician) was literally kicking the tire off while on the car lift. When we went inside, we were told the total was about $110 for an oil change and tire rotation. We paid and left the shop. When we got to the car, the driver's seat was soaking wet from the sweat when the technician got in the car to park it outside (it had not rained that day). We asked for a seat cover; they claimed they did not have any, instead giving two full size paper towel sheets to sit on. On the way home, we heard a whirling noise that seemed to come from the car. We decided to return and ask them to look into the noise. The guy behind the counter asked Mike (the other technician) to check out car. While waiting for him to come over, we saw that they did have car seat covers, which they previously claimed they did not have. Mike was visibly agitated that he had to come over to assist us. We tried to explain our situation but he spoke rudely and dismissively. Mike then stated "I don't want to hear it, speak to the guy in the front." Tried again to calmly speak to him but he responded with "You are wasting my time. I have other cars to do." He did not care that we were customers. At that point we reported Mike to the guy at the front counter and left the establishment. Throughout all of our interactions, we were calm and respectful. The guys here run this Tire Kingdom franchise location like their personal mechanic shop. Mike, in particular, needs an attitude adjustment and customer service training.
