  Outstanding Team and Fast Service! I brought my tire in to get a nail removed and patched up, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service here. From the moment I walked in, Daniel Acosta at the front desk was super welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. He made the intake process smooth, clear, and completely stress-free. Then Raymond Vaga, the technician, handled the repair quickly and flawlessly. The service was prompt, professional, and delivered right on time—which is so rare to find these days! Both Daniel and Raymond went above and beyond to turn a frustrating day into an absolute breeze. If you want honest, fast, and standout customer service, this is the place to go.   I’ll give you some advice, if you don’t care about your rims then this is the place for you. My rims came back to me in terrible shape. Also if you don’t care about the time this is the place for you. After waiting for 2 hours I was told “another 10 minutes please”

  Came in and they found a nail in the tire the car was ready in a very short period of time I'm picking the car up and they are not charging me for the repair. We have been coming here for many years the staff is friendly and they do everything they say they're going to do. Daniel and Vega Daniel Acosta and Vega Ramon are the best and you won't be disappointed when you work with them five stars or more

  tl;dr: Almost got scammed out of 1000$, instead only got scammed out of 100$. They are dishonest and will withhold information so they can make an extra buck. I want to start by saying I never write reviews. On Aug 23 my gear shifter to my Nissan stopped working, it was loose and didn't change gears anymore after I had put it in park. I had the car towed to Tire Choice only because it was close. I dropped the car off after it had already closed, slipped my keys and a note stating that the gear shifter cable had an issue, and made an appointment for the following morning, they said they would take it between 7:30AM to 11AM. They never even started to look at the car until late afternoon, and called me right before they closed and said that the inspection was 100$, and the gear shifter replacement was going to be another 1000$, and it would take 3-5 days to get the part. I just couldn't believe it, so I told them no and then they parked my car in their parking lot and told me to move it. Later that night I did a few quick google searches and found that a fairly common issue is that a small plastic bushing in the gear shifter assembly can break, and replacement for that would only be 25$ for an aftermarket part. I understand that mechanics must use OEM parts. The next day I went to go get my keys and find out what the 100$ inspection revealed. The man at the register just told me that the entire cable had snapped and needed to be replaced, it would be a few hours of labor because they would have to tear apart the dash and engine to replace the whole cable. I took my keys, jump in the car, popped off the gear shifter assembly and found that it was in fact, ONLY the 25$ small plastic bushing that was broken. I was able to shift gears manually moving the gear shift cable back and forth. I drove the car home and ordered the bushing myself. I wanted a refund because they lied about the cable being broken, they did not tell me exactly which part was broken. Instead they just wanted to turn a tiny job into a big job and waste lots of my money. Of course they told me no refund. This all happened to me at the same time my mom passed away and it leaves me infuriated, it's unfortunate that lots of other people get scammed and probably don't even know it. This was definitely not a one time event. To whoever manages these reviews, give me a direct line to someone higher than you customer service for a refund for the inspection. The customer service line option 2 just connects you straight to the same people that just lied to me about the results of the inspection.

  I had a new battery put in my car after the battery was in the air conditioning wasn't working they told me that's how it was when it came in which was a lie. Then they wanted me to make a new appointment to bring my car back so they can fix the air conditioning. I called a friend of mine at a Chevy dealership who told me what to do with it in their parking lot which is what I did it reset itself and I saved $300 that they were trying to steal. The only reason I went there is because I was referred there but if I can refer them I would refer them to the Better Business Bureau.
