  Ronald provided excellent service! Came in on a Sunday and didn’t have an appointment but Ronald checked the tire, told me it was repairable, filled with air and said to check with nearby service providers or he and his team would fix on Monday. Ended up finding another center that could fix immediately but really appreciate the extra effort he put in.

  Don’t bother, they do very minimal car repairs. Though their sign says “complete auto care”

  Made an appointment 2 days before. They repaired my slow tire leak in one tire. They honored my Road Hazard warranty. No problems. I’m happy.

  I recently had all four tires replaced at this location. Less than 24 hours later, one of the tires completely failed while I was driving on the highway and fully separated from the wheel. This created an extremely dangerous situation and resulted in visible damage to my vehicle. Following the incident, no assistance was offered for towing or any type of roadside support, which was very concerning given the severity of what occurred. I was initially told that the damage to my vehicle would be fully repaired. However, the only actions taken were replacing the tire and repairing a bracket. My fender remains visibly damaged, and the repair was not completed as expected. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns regarding both workmanship and customer service. Situations involving safety should be handled with a much higher level of accountability.
