  My car was having a hard time starting and when it finally did, I came to this Tire Choice store, soon before they were closing. Chase and Mikey helped me immediately, determined I needed a new battery and went above and beyond to take care of me. I’m so grateful for their service and kindness. They deserve all the stars!

  I called to make an appointment at Tire choice and the person who answered the phone was in a call center IN ANOTHER COUNTRY!! This is NOT American patriotism, this is also a National Security risk to give your name, phone number, car information and whatever else to someone overseas. What a joke! I will never, ever, ever go there again.

  I purchased a set of tires and a 'Lifetime Road Hazard Tire Protection' plan from this location in 2023. Recently, one of these tires suffered an irreparable puncture due to a road hazard. When I sought to use the protection plan I paid for, the store refused the claim, citing that the tires were manufactured in 2021—information that was never disclosed at the time of purchase. The store’s in-store signage explicitly promises coverage for 'punctures' and 'any other damage' regardless of mileage. It is disappointing to pay for a service in good faith only to be denied coverage based on a technicality not explained at the point of sale. I am sharing this so other customers are aware of the limitations before purchasing this protection plan. I've already notified the Florida Attorney General.

  I stopped in to have my tires balanced, and they were warm in their greeting and took my car immediately and now my car rides very nicely. I appreciate all they did. It was very professional, courteous, and done in a timely manner.
