From the dock staff to the office team, everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The bathrooms and ship's store are spotless and well maintained, making every visit enjoyable. The ship's store also offers a great variety of snacks, as well as beer, wine, and champagne. If you're looking for a clean, well-run marina with outstanding customer service, Safe Harbor Pier 77 is an excellent choice.

First thing I noticed was how well maintained the entire marina is..Watching the whole process of having my boat taken out the water and stored on a rack inside the barn was pretty cool….. Will the GM, Miss Maggie and the entire staff are really nice and helpful and made it a pleasure joining Safe Harbor Pier 77. The guy running that huge forklift that picks up and stores the boats knows his stuff!

Put another request in on the 21st. Called a few hours later to verify they got the request, lady doing reservations wasn't in. ok, no problem. I get a "declined" 3 1/2 days later. seriously? You're telling me a ton of people put their request in prior to 7am on the 21st? doubtful.
