My first visit a few months ago, I paid for the tire I wanted. They come back 30 minutes after I had been waiting and did a bait and switch and told me they only had a more expensive tire. I was pretty upset but did not write a review. Today, I had two tires replaced. I had set an appointment for 9:00 am. I was there at 8:50.they confirmed they had the tires I wanted the night before and told me it would be $303. At around 10 I look back and see my car is in the same spot, so I figured they still hadn’t gotten to work on my car. I looked back 20 minutes later and it’s still in the same spot. I walk out to see if my keys were still in my car because I had to leave for work as I had already been there for an hour and a half. I noticed the new tires were on my truck so I walked in to pay and leave because I was in a rush and did not have time to argue. Was no one going to tell me my truck was ready? How long had it been sitting there for? They also ended up charging my card $330 instead of the price I was given over the phone last night. Whatever I guess, it’s a small price to pay to never have to come back to this unorganized and scheming establishment.
