First time I use these guys they lost my center caps. They did replace them second time. They dropped a piece of spark plug and a manifold had to keep it overnight. Didn’t offer service vehicle. Not sure why I went back to have them rotate my tires found out They don’t include balancing when they rotate. They didn’t even offer to balance them’, When I confronted Them about it they said it wasn’t part of the service so why would you not ask me if I wanted them Balance? They said it would be An additional charge I would’ve paid it upfront, but the fact I had to go back and ask him why it wasn’t Balance! Worst customer service ever

Excellent service! The staff was super friendly and genuinely willing to help. One of the managers personally looked into my situation, and even though I was pretty worried, he took the time to carefully check everything. Very honest, fair, and professional. Late Sunday afternoon I was returning from a trip 4 hours away. I stopped at Publix around the corner from Mavis. I heard an announcement on the PA about a red car in the parking lot. When I went out to my car my horn was going off uncontrollably for no reason. I had no idea what to do and was in a panic. All of a sudden a wonderful angel named Jay came out of nowhere and offered to help me. On his shirt it said Mavis Tires and Brakes. Jay hopped in my car and quickly got the horn to stop blaring. I offered to compensate him but he refused to take any money. He was just doing a good deed. Jay's kindness and compassion has made me a new customer of Mavis Tires and Brakes.
