  This location on 70 has very friendly workers. They do their best to take care of you even on their busy days. I definitely recommend for any tire issue or oil change!

  So I got a flat tire at the Racetrack and it’s within a few feet of the front door to this establishment. I walked in to see if someone could help me and if I could buy a new tire, or even replace all four bc I am like that. I was told no one was available. I asked when someone would be available. It’s 10am. I was told not today at all. Not to help a stranded person put on a donut or even loosen the bolts. Not to take five minutes to look at it. Not to offer advice. Nothing. So I paid a mobile mechanic to tow me and bought four brand new tires from Sam’s club, even though I basically broke down in their parking lot. I would have paid twice that for help

  First bought a new set of tires they lost my center cap! Then I had them do spark, plug, and oil change they dropped a broken plug down the manifold! Don’t know why I came back but wanted oil change and tire rotation and found out you have to pay for balancing separate. They don’t even ask you if you want a balance that way you come back and have to pay for it separately. I won’t be coming back.

  Used to be a regular customer here, mostly for oil changes. We brought all 3 of ours cars. They failed to rotate my tires on the last 2 occasions even though they said they did. My husband secretly marked the tires and even asked them to make sure to do so. If something wasn’t done, the proper thing to do is to just let me know and not be dishonest.

  After visiting this location i was very pleased with the new management. Not only was there new management but there is also new team members in the back shop. I would highly recommend this shop to my family & neighbors. I had some issues in the past but since they brought along Bethany ( General Manager) to the team, my car has been taken care of with the most respect i have seen at previous mechanical shops. Thank you again Mavis and thank you Bethany !!!!
