I had an appointment for 12PM on Tuesday to get 4 new tires put on my truck. I show up to the shop at 11:50AM to check in. The gentleman at the front desk says it will be a couple hour wait. I tell him no problem and told him I would stay and wait. At 2:30 I walk up to the front desk to see if there is an updated time for when my truck will be ready, because I see that my truck has not even been brought back yet. The gentleman at the front desk says that he is unable to provide me a new time but says that they will get to it soon. At 3:30 I walk up to the front desk again because my truck still has not moved. I ask the guy at the front desk if he thinks my truck will even be done before they close, and he tells me it should be done by then (they close at 6PM). At 4:30, my truck has still not moved. I ask the manager if he thinks it will be done by the end of the day, he tells me that it should be done by then unless I want to drop it off another day and suggests Thursday. I ask him about if it can be done the next day instead (Wednesday), and he said he would make it a priority. I am not sure what the point of an appointment is, especially since they weren't able to service my truck at all that day. Also, I am confused about how I was told it would be done in a couple of hours when in reality it ended up being 5+ hours before I decided to leave my truck with them overnight. I was also told it would be done in the same day multiple times and that was clearly not the case. If they would have told me that they might not get to it in the same day, I would have Ubered home and would not wait 5 hours for nothing. I understand being short staffed, but do not not tell a customer something will be done when its not possible. Also try to communicate wait times better to your customers.

I have been a loyal Mavis customer for years, and so has my entire family. Unfortunately, today was the last time any of us will ever do business with this location. I had a 10:00 AM appointment to have my car inspected because one of my tires was low. I specifically requested a full inspection since the dealership had recommended replacing all four tires, and I wanted a second opinion. I was also planning to have an alignment, tire rotation, brake inspection, and, if needed, purchase four new tires. After hearing nothing for hours, I called at 1:00 PM and was told they were very busy and hadn't even looked at my car yet. I called again at 4:10 PM, and they told me they prioritize walk-ins over appointments and that my car still hadn't been touched. They close at 5:00 PM. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?! WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? Then, at 5:05 PM—after closing—I received a call saying my car was "ready." Ready for what? No one had called to explain what they found, no one discussed any recommendations with me, and I never approved any repairs. When I arrived, I asked the employee at the front desk what had been done. His response was, "I don't know because I wasn't back there." Unacceptable answer. Instead of performing the inspection I specifically requested, they simply patched the low tire without my approval, gave me what they claimed was an oil change, and sent me on my way. None of the services I actually scheduled—alignment, tire rotation, brake inspection, fluid check or a complete evaluation of my tires—were performed. To make matters worse, the employee told me that "around 5:00 employees in the shop run out fast, so there is no one for me to talk to about my car." If that's true, then I know my car was never properly inspected. How is that fair to me when I had the first available appointment of the day? I refused to pay for the tire patch because I never authorized it, yet I was still charged nearly $90 for an oil change that I have no confidence was even completed. And on top of it, they removed my coupon because I complained about the tire patch. Appointments clearly mean nothing at this location. There was zero communication, no respect for my time, terrible customer service, work was performed without my authorization, I left with none of the concerns I came in to address resolved, and I was without a vehicle for the entire day. They didn't even fill my windshield wiper fluid. The most basic task wasn't even done. They didn't even let me see the pricing breakdown on paper before I paid. They said I had to pay first. Beyond crooked! This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. Mavis has lost not only my business, but the business of my entire family and everyone I know.

Great experience at Mavis Tire! Jay and Shane took the time to explain my tire replacement options without any pressure and gave me time to decide what worked best for me. They even drove to another location to pick up the tires so I could have them installed the same day. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely amazing service! Very very kind and very respectful. Me and my husband were in a bit of a pinch as we were towing a fith wheel RV and our front tire on the truck went flat to the rim. Shane and jay helped us find the proper tire that we needed in our price range and then jay got it on and us back on the road in about 20 - 25 mins and didn't even have to drop the trailer! Fantastic people id give 10 stars if I could.

This was my first visit to Mavis and I was very pleased with the high level of service and the quality of the work. Jay did an outstanding job with customer service and he was super helpful in going over the shop process for the new tire installation. Jay is friendly and knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure I had a good customer experience.
