  Had an amazing experience at Mavis LWR. I dropped in unexpectedly with a leaking tire, and John and MK got me taken care of immediately. They were professional, got repaired quickly and back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service.

  A disabled friend needed a ride home so she could leave her car overnight to have it diagnosed. Mavis Tires and Brakes within 5 minutes diagnosed that she had a cracked gas cap. I don't believe they charged her anything and i didn't have to drive her home. They pointed her to the nearest Autozone to pick up a new gas cap. Nicely done.

  I called on a Friday late afternoon to schedule an appointment for Saturday around noon for four trailer tires. (Also requested four metal valve stems to be installed) I dropped off the trailer around 11:45 (there were about three cars in line ahead of me and about three cars in the bay) and the nice girl at the desk said they’ll call me when it’s done. So I call around 3:45 -4pm ( they close at 5) and whom I assume picked up was the manager, and I ask him on the status of my trailer and he’s asks which one (when I brought it I was the only trailer there) so I told him which one it was. He says we haven’t had a chance to get to it yet, we will get to it first thing tomorrow morning. So Sunday I call around 12:30 wanting to know on the status and the receptionist says they’ve only changed two tires and still have two left, and said that they’ll be working on them next. (🤔 they changed two tires and attended to another vehicle ). So when I arrived there about 1.25 hours after calling and still see my flat trailer tire not changed. And the cars in the bays were cars I did not see on Saturday when I dropped it off. So I ask when will they be done with it, she said I’m next in line. So an hour passes by and I call to check on it, and she said it was ready. I arrived and quickly glanced at the valve stems and they haven’t installed the ones I asked for. I walk into the store and I kindly told her I received the wrong ones, and she said they would have no problem swapping them out. Which at this point I didn’t want to do anymore because the next day I needed the trailer for work and it was close to closing time. I arrive at my location where I park it and do a walk around and discovered one of the studs that the lug nuts screw on to was missing. This usually happens when you over tighten the lug nuts and the stud just snaps off, also one of the lug nuts they put on was completely from a different vehicle. I’m mechanically inclined and know the scope of this work and honestly didn’t want to bother telling them because I know that the trailer will be in the shop for a week and I use it daily. I will just fix it myself and should take 2-3 hours. I’m a business owner and from what I experienced here was terrible and just poor management, avoid using this location.

  Kevin and the entire staff was incredibly awesome!! I'm in the middle of making 40 medical deliveries and got a big nail in my tire and they were able to get me in and out pretty quick so I can get my medicines delivered to all the patients!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

  Genuine customer service is so hard to find. Mark helped me with no guarantee I would service my car there. I was afraid for the worst and he helped me with a plan of attack recommending they start with the more costly friendly fixes to figure out the source of my problem. It wasn't the the spark plugs, as we had hoped, but is wasn't the engine either, thankfully. Mark had me follow up with his his staff and I got the same confidence from Chris that I was in good hands and even a warranty for my service. The Mavis on 15209 Garnet Trail, Bradenton FL has a customer for life. Thank you.
