  Ok so I at first had issues with a employee talking to me and telling me I was most likely to come out of my pocket even tho I had a warranty ( Billy is the name) so after the work was done I drove my vehicle home and immediately a check engine light came on . Now, this is where my experience changed.I called the manager and explain the situation.He had me bring back the vehicle and also put me in a courtesy vehicle which I am greatly appreciative of he also switched the service tech to Stephanie stephanie did a wonderful job of communication. And respect.If it wasn't for billy , I would have gave five stars for the service

  They are very professional, helpful , respectful. I got my safety problem related to the car fixed . I even learned 2-3 things, they are great teachers as well , ha ha big tea!!! but I am serious they will make sure you understand what is going on with your car and any questions answered . I even made friend with one of the client . The WiFi , available tablets( not to go home tho 😏😂) snacks are my favorite ❤️ loll 😩🥰. Oh and bring your blanket with you if you like being comfy like me 💕🤗

  Firkins is a wonderful dealership. Dealing with the salesperson when we bought our Charger through the few visits with Jonathan in service, everyone has been professional and efficient and pleasant! Today my wife and I encountered an extremely kind salesman when we wandered in through the wrong door in search of the Parts Department to obtain a new battery for the key fob. Recognizing my mobility issues, Shawn Clarke ( NO relation despite same last name) approached us and offered to help. He took the fob and got the battery replaced while I sat and enjoyed a coffee. Shawn Clarke went out of his way to assist us! We know the person to call when we are ready to buy our next car at Firkins. Thank you!

  Kyle and Carl are both very kind and helpful. There are a lot of dealerships to choose from. I picked this one because of the reviews. I am very glad I did. Kyle, my salesperson was upfront and honest about everything. I did most of everything over the phone and everything was just as he said on paper. If you have been car shopping, you know that they will tell you anything to get you in the door, this was thankfully not happening at Firkins. They did exactly what they promised. Carl was one of the best finance managers that I have dealt with. You should meet Bubba his assistant finance dog 🐕 he is adorable. Thank you everyone at Firkins for all of your help in making sure that I got exactly what I wanted. It was a “Firkin Great Deal” 😂 I also want to give credit to Kyle for his follow up!   I purchased a used 2014 Jeep Wrangler discovering it had some issues that needed to be addressed. Once the dealership knew of the issues they quickly jumped into action to fix the problems. Not only were they fair but understanding with my families safety in mind. In todays world, rare to find a dealership who treats you like family with the highest integrity. Thanks to John Gross(General Manager) James Byrnes(Service Manager) Trevor Craw(advisor) and if you come through the service drive be sure to say Hello to Oshia (concierge).
