  My daughter’s car had her undercarriage get loose in a car wash. The front under the bumper was hanging down. I ran it into Express on a busy Saturday afternoon. Jared, Connor and Darryl got right to work and I was out of there in an hour with a perfect front undercarriage!!

  This is the one place I go for ALL my vehicle needs. Why? They are honest and knowledgeable. They never upsell me. They are more consultative than sales people. They also do quality work.

  I had an excellent experience at Express Oil today. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment I arrived. Everyone took the time to answer my questions, explain what they were doing, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of the right way. A special thank you to Connor for going above and beyond. Your professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you for taking the time to make sure everything was done right and for making the whole experience easy and stress-free. To the rest of the technicians who helped me today, thank you as well. I truly appreciate all of your hard work, teamwork, and dedication to providing great service. It's obvious that everyone takes pride in their work.   Would not recommend express oil change off of 70th in Lorraine went in there got an oil change. The guy asked me if I wanted to tires checked never checked the tires tire light still on never reset the gauges still says 10% was busy goofing around never cleaned the windows and charged me $100. I will never recommend that place to anybody anybody who wants to use their place go down to Christian Brothers or go down to one of the car dealerships and get your oil done. Would not recommended I hope management calls me. I’d like to talk management.

  I’ve been here several times, I am a proper grease monkey and do most of what I can on my car myself, it's given me the benefit of being particularly picky when it comes to my mechanics. Typically I only trust licensed dealership mechanics specific to the brand car I drive. After my experiences with these amazing guys I will not go anywhere else for any of my service needs, they do it all and better than anyone I've worked with. One short experience that sticks out to me and highlights how dependable these guys are, I bought discount tires (or what I thought were discounted more on that later) and had them shipped to Pep Boys for an installation. I also paid them to align my tires for me. One of the tires that showed up came damaged and completely useless so after an arduous process to get it sent back and refunded I just went to Express Oil Change. Lo and behold they sold the same exact high performance tires at the same exact price. Had them install it for me and they also recommended an alignment which was irritating because I had just paid Pep Boys for one. Come to find the report said the alignment was way off and I suppose Pep Boys didn't actually do the alignment. When I was driving my car again afterward I noticed how buttery smooth it and straight it rode. These guys are geniune, they dont sell you what you dont need, and they get the job done. Quickly too I might add whole thing took maybe an hour and a half installation alignment all of it. These guys are so thorough and fast you’d almost think they didn't do anything but the moment you start driving it's like you're in a brand-new showroom car again cannot say enough good things about these guys. A++
