  Rude to the customer in front of me and then continued their condescending behavior with me. Enterprise forgot they need the consumers not the other way around. You should accommodate customer not expect customers to accommodate them. I'm sure State Farm spends plenty of money with Enterprise, teach your employees to appreciate their customers. You are an extention of State Farm when you are servicing their customers. This branch needs a serious wake up call.

  Realle( i know I probably spelled it wrong. No disrespect! )her team took a stressful time for me and made the impossible happen! I can't thank her and everyone who stepped up tp make this car rental happen! Even today when I went to return the vehicle, she offered to keep helping me. You really went out of your way to help me. Having your spouse in ICU and your car breaking down and no one had rentals, you made it happy! Hugs all around 🤗

  We called, they said they had a car -then send our friend over to get it via uber and no car !!! Just be honest! This all happened in a 20 min span!

  Edited to say that I did contact them as they requested in their reply. They offered nothing as a resolution. I suggest if you want to rent a specific vehicle for a trip that you look elsewhere as you're not guaranteed to get the vehicle you reserved over a month in advance with enterprise. Reserved a 15 passenger van for a trip a month in advance. When I went to pick it up they informed me that they had rented it to someone else without so much as a phone call letting me know that they no longer had it or see if I still needed it. I sat the for 20 minutes while they tried to find another passenger van for me since they have the one away that I had reserved. I left without the van I needed for my group and left scrambling to find other arrangements for our trip. Clearly reserving a vehicle a month in advance doesn't guarantee you'll get the vehicle. It would've been nice if they at the very least called me to tell me not to bother coming since they didn't have the car anymore.

  Tried to reserve a 15 passenger van, I get there and they said that you weren't there on time, so we rented it to someone else. I literally reserved it. No phone call, nothing, wait for you to waste your time and gas to say, sorry. Worst idea ever, what's a reservation?
