  Renting a vehicle was far from what I was wanting to do but I did within an hour of renting the vehicle I ran to local Walmart to only shop about 45 min or so to come out and crank the vehicle and no sound what's so ever, the vehicle did not crank so with the rental facility being closed I called their roadside assistance who in return stated that I need to stay with the vehicle while they sent a tow she received my location and told me someone would be there to pick up the car and then disconnected the call I called back to ask how was I to get back home she said she could send an Uber to drop me off home and come the next day and see if there were any vehicles available to rent the next day the next day came I show up and because I stated I was not satisfied she stated we no longer want to do business with you ... so not only did the car put me down but I had to ask for them to send an Uber I got to the facility and the rep not be understanding to my frustration and say we won't do business with you... by far the worse treatment ever for something I had no doing

  I wish I can put no stars in my 10pluss years with enterprise ive never had any issues with renting a vehicle my same card has been on file for 10plus years and no all of a sudden its not im a single-mother with three kids and needed a vehicle cuz my car is in the shop guy at the desk was no help at all im very disappointed I have gave this establishment so much money for this to happen incompetent work ethnic at this branch

  Only problem I had was that they didn't have a car when I arrived, but they offered me a free upgrade. Which was nice! I was able to quickly check in and once the vehicle had been returned and cleaned, I was shown around the car. And the gentleman even got in and showed me what most of the buttons were for.

  I use Enterprise all the time great company if you need a car the extra day or two or extra week they find a way to work with you staff's always a pleasure to work with their knowledgeable if you have an issue or anything goes wrong you can let them know and they'll help work you through it or work with you on the issue very helpful I wouldn't go to anybody else

  We have used them before, and they were great, customer service everything from start to finish. It’s unfortunate that they are losing our business, due to the fact that customer service for the first time was awful. What my husband was told is not what we experienced prior to renting, including the management. The lady at the desk was judgmental, asking for information that was not needed ever prior renting with the experience we had prior. Not to mention other customer were denied rental for same issue. Very disappointed!
