I rented a mini van at the lakewood ranch location. Someone called to confirm the rental the day before. I specifically asked if they were going to have a van for me and she said yes. I get there to pickup and they have no van. I ask her to check surrounding locations. She offered me a cargo van, i declined as the gas bill would be far too much. She offered no solution other than for me to drive to the airport location to see if they can help me, but they dont have a phone. I found an enterprise location in Venice on my own, 30min away that had MULTIPLE mini vans. I drove down there to get a van since the LWR office offered me no help or solutions when they clearly could have gotten me a van from the Venice location. They just chose not to go out of their way to find a solution. Awful customer service and logistics at LWR. Totally unacceptable and almost completley screwed me for my trip the next day.

I was recently in a car accident and needed to rent a car. Until I can get my other one Fixed. The rental process was smooth and the staff was awesome. Alia even reached out the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly with the car and then if I needed to extend the Rental, or had any questions to feel free to give them a call. I highly recommend this location.

Do Not Get a Car here !!!!! So unprofessional, the manager Demarkus said he would drop a day because their customer service lied and then when I said I would leave a review about that he said “ oh go ahead and leave a review and I will not give you the discount. “ I’ve never seen someone do such a thing and so unprofessional. Do not go here !!!

I’ve rented from Enterprise many times and have visited several different locations, but the Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch location continues to stand out because of the exceptional customer service I receive every single time. As a Gold tier member and frequent renter, I can genuinely say that Aaliyah and Hannah consistently provide some of the best customer service I’ve experienced with Enterprise. Every time I come in, they are welcoming, professional, communicative, and extremely thorough. They always take the time to complete detailed vehicle checks, explain everything clearly, and make sure I’m completely taken care of from the beginning of my rental to the end. What I appreciate most is that this isn’t based on just one great experience — they have provided this same level of care and service every single time I’ve rented from this location. Aaliyah and Hannah truly make a difference in the customer experience, and they are a huge reason I continue to feel comfortable renting from this location. I sincerely hope management and their higher-ups recognize both of them for the amazing work they do and the level of care they consistently provide to their customers. Employees like them deserve to be recognized! Thank you, Aaliyah and Hannah, for always taking such great care of me. Your hard work and kindness do not go unnoticed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -Faisha
