  Had a great experience at the Enterprise location in Bradenton. Had a great car and they were great about it when I had to keep the car an extra couple days.

  I had such a great experience with Enterprise in Lakewood Ranch! Aaliyah, Hannah, and Chase were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, and they genuinely made what can sometimes be a stressful experience completely effortless. My paperwork was ready to go the second I walked in the door. This was honestly one of the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Aaliyah, Hannah, and Chase, for taking such great care of me. Highly recommend!

  Great location, fantastic personnel inside the office — the car had food crumbs in the center console (ugh) from previous customers. The car felt like I needed to have brought alcohol wipes with me to wipe it down before I drove away.

It takes time, patience, and a willingness to truly listen to make sure a customer's problem is fully resolved, especially when there's no additional sale or incentive involved. I won't bore you with all the details, but the Bradenton, FL branch did exactly that. The company took care of our immediate issue, and Chase at the local branch on State Road 70, where we always go, went the extra mile to make sure everything was made right and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend this location and truly feel that Enterprise is a step above the other rental car companies. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding customer service.   THE MOST RACIST SERVICE EVER. Extremely disappointing experience. I went to this Enterprise location to rent a car for my father, who needed transportation to the airport. My company has been renting vehicles from Enterprise for me since 2022, and I have never had a single issue using my valid driver's license from San Luis Potosí, Mexico. The representative at the counter looked at my rental history, saw that I have rented with Enterprise many times using the same type of Mexican driver's license, and still refused to accept my father's license, even though it was issued by the same state in Mexico and is equally valid. There was no clear explanation for the inconsistency. It was frustrating and embarrassing, especially considering my long history as an Enterprise customer without any problems. Customer service should be consistent and based on company policy, not on the discretion of a single employee. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and I hope Enterprise provides better training to ensure customers are treated fairly and consistently. The person was a young girl. She told me she was the manager of the place when I asked for the manager.
