  Andrew was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Easy place to get to, easy to get to out of parking lot. Best car rental I have ever had

  My experience with Enterprise (auto rentals) was a great experience. I had the car for two weeks and had a wonderful time!

  After having a confirmation with a reservation for a car for a work trip, the manager - Drew Dilavqua - gave away the car because our flight was late and we were delayed in picking up the car. Drew provided NO assistance in finding another location. He said a reservation was not a guarantee for a car. That it’s first come first serve. It was almost closing time so said nothing he could do and have a good night. There are several other locations in Bradenton. Do not use this location.

  If NEGATIVE stars were allowed this place would definitely have -5. The representative didn't greet us upon entering although there were no other customers in the building. After his phone call we him the reservation number for him to tell us no cars were available!!! We asked why would you take a reservation if you didn't have cars? He explained a very poorly designed computer system allows reservations to be made even if no cars are in. That's it. We drove 50 miles to pick up a car for our trip that now has to be delayed. No I'm sorry or look to see if more cars were in different locations. He obviously had better things to do. The place was dirty, hot and full of debris. Corporate will be notified!!!
