  Called multiple times to confirm my reservation. Drove 45 minutes to the location to find one employee in the back. When he finally acknowledged me, he lead with “we dont have any cars available here.” when i asked follow up questions to where I could locate another facility, he rudely dismissed me and without checking any systems ended with “there are no cars available anywhere around here.” no attempt to help and promptly got back to doing apparently nothing based on the lack of inventory?

  Great experience with agents at the Cortez Rd. Office. Professional, friendly, efficient. High marks for customer service. Will definitely recommend Enterprise to friends & would use again

  Andrew was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Easy place to get to, easy to get to out of parking lot. Best car rental I have ever had
