  Just dropped my VW off for an oil change and had the worst customer service from Deedie Parker in the service department. She was very argumentative & the most unfriendly woman ever. I’ll never understand why companies hire unfriendly & miserable people to greet customers. I wish I would’ve waited until I went back to Texas now where I always get efficient & friendly customer service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience purchasing my new Volkswagen from Bob Boast Volkswagen! After doing a LOT of research and comparing several dealerships and prices, I ultimately chose Bob Boast, and I'm so glad I did. I got a great deal on exactly the vehicle I wanted, along with a really good financing rate, and the entire process was much easier and more enjoyable than I expected. A special thank you to Bradley Silver, my salesperson, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and I really appreciated that. Mike in Finance was also fantastic. He made the financing process easy to understand, worked hard to get me a great rate, and made what can sometimes be the most stressful part of buying a car feel completely comfortable and straightforward. Everyone I encountered at Bob Boast was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I truly felt like they valued my business and wanted me to have a good experience—not just make a sale. I absolutely love my new Atlas and couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase from Bob Boast Volkswagen. I highly recommend Bradley, Mike, and the entire Bob Boast team! If you're shopping for a Volkswagen, definitely give them a chance. You won't be disappointed!

  Fraser made the delivery of my new Volkswagen such a positive and memorable experience. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient while walking me through everything I needed to know about my vehicle. You can tell that he has years of experience with Volkswagen and genuinely knows the brand. What stood out to me even more was how personable and genuine he was. Our conversation went beyond just the car, and I left the experience feeling like I had met someone with a really good heart.   I had a great experience working with Brandon at Boast Volkswagen. He was extremely helpful, communicative, and made sure we understood every step of the process. He kept us updated throughout the inspection and certification process, answered all of our questions, and really took the time to make sure everything was handled properly for our family. Brandon was patient, professional, and genuinely made the car-buying experience feel much easier and more comfortable. We really appreciated how thorough he was and how much effort he put into making sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend asking for Brandon if you’re shopping for a vehicle here.   The service department is a pleasure to work with. They let me know when my scheduled warranty maintenance is due. They are professional, polite and treat you with respect. No pressure to do unneeded work. Would highly recommend even for non warranty work.
