  I stopped in for a gas string trimmer fuel line and forgot to measure the outside diameter of the fitting that the line connects to. I asked the young man that works there named Nicholas if I can use a micrometer or a caliper to measure the fitting on the carburetor I had with me because I forgot to measure it at home. He didn’t know what I was talking about and wanted to know and learn. He went to the isle where they were for sale and asked me if that was what I was talking about. I said yes, that’s the tool! He was a very respectful. There’s not too many young bloods out there that have respect. Kudos to Nicholas!

  Not sure what kind of “manager” David is but he sucks. He’s standing at the counter, I put my item down for purchase, he doesn’t say anything and walks away. I’ve been in sales and customer service for 25 years and that’s unacceptable.

  Tad was very helpful in fixing my battery in a pinch this morning. I had a few minutes in between meetings and I needed someone to help me understand why my car was having a hard time starting and he fixed the issue within 5-10 minutes. Very friendly - I recommend.

  Went to the location off SR 70 and the guys there didn’t seam like they could be bothered with me and sold me the wrong size wiper blade saying “it won’t make a difference” went to the location of SR64 and Tad the manager there was beyond kind and helpful. Worked with me to ensure the blades worked and matched to the make and model of the car and went above and beyond to have me go out of my way to his store for my future purchases. Nice to see this day and age people that take pride in their work and customer service
