He is kind, smart, resourceful and quick (yet still thorough). You cant teach customer service. Sure, you can teach people what to say, but just saying the words doesnt mean the same as feeling the words. Kind of like how you can "hear people smiling" when your talking on the phone. It goes hand-and-hand with that same sentiment. You can feel and hear the care in his delivery. Good job, Brody!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
