  Fantastic people, totally customer focused. Someone backed into my boat trailer and bent the winch handle. We were due out on a planned trip with the boat the next morning and I was afraid to try to straighten it out by myself. I've worked with Buck at A&A before, was very pleased with their service, so I ran down quick to see what could be done. Buck dropped what he was doing and came out and resolved it in a couple of minutes. Same great experience last year when I brought the trailer down for service and the bonus is the fact that they are really, really nice people. Highly recommend.

  I’ve used A and A Trailer Hitch Center several times over the years and have always been impressed with how friendly and professional the staff is. They also carry an excellent inventory of truck and trailer parts — auxiliary fuel tanks, trailer lighting, hitch systems, B&W products, and just about anything else you might need. For parts and standard installs, they’re definitely well stocked and convenient. That said, my most recent experience left me with mixed feelings regarding repair work and troubleshooting. I brought in my truck because my B&W Turnover ball gooseneck hitch had seized up from rust. After about 5–10 minutes of looking at it, I was told the hitch would need complete replacement. The proposed repair involved removing the truck bed, replacing the entire hitch assembly, and came with a quote of $2,193.50. Before committing, I decided to get another opinion from a trusted local mechanic. Brownie’s Automotive recommended I call Bill’s Automotive Service and speak with Steve. Steve got the truck in a few days later and believed there was a chance the existing hitch could still be saved. After about four hours of work, he successfully freed the hitch, repaired the issue, and only needed to replace a few bolts. Total cost: $430. So overall, I’d say A and A is a great place for parts, accessories, and straightforward installs. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. However, when it comes to repairs or diagnosing difficult mechanical issues, it may be worth getting a second opinion or additional quotes before committing to a major replacement.

  I’ve used A&A Trailer Hitch multiple times over the years for everything from enclosed trailers to boat trailers, and they continue to impress. Most recently, I brought them a custom boat trailer that had been poorly set up elsewhere. It wasn’t just minor adjustments needed, the bunk geometry was completely off and the boat didn’t load or sit correctly. These guys diagnosed the issue immediately and completely reconfigured the setup, including adding and repositioning bunks to properly support the hull. They knocked it out in a single day, and the difference is night and day. My boat now loads straight, sits correctly, and tows exactly how it should. You can tell they actually understand trailer setup and boat hull geometry, not just basic installs. Their service is excellent, turnaround time is fast, and everyone there is professional and easy to deal with. Pricing was fair for the amount of work involved, especially considering the results. At this point, this is my go-to shop for anything trailer-related. Highly recommend.

  Second time coming here. I should be embarrassed to post this, but they need the praise so i will take the shame. I got there. And they let me know my new suv had a hitch already. Showed me how to take the cover off. And sent me on my way. No charge!! I cant say enough about the honesty and great business model. Oh. And my first hitch was perfect too. So they also know what they are doing! Thanks so much!

  Recently, I had a Stealth Hitch installed on my 2022 BMW X5 40i (All wheel drive). This vehicle did not have the S8SL package. Installed the Rack + Tow Combo w/Stealth Wiring Harness. The installation was completed by A & A Trailer Hitch Center, Inc of Bradenton, FL. I highly recommend these folks. They were very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information while I was researching a Stealth Hitch for my vehicle. Tracy and Taylor were extremely helpful. Their knowledge and expertise about the product and installation sold me on using them for the job. Chelsea did an outstanding job on the installation and took excellent care of my vehicle during the install. No fingerprints, no scratches, No BS! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was on the lift so they could show me the installation and explain the hitch operation. This avoided having to crawl on the ground to see the components / operation. The hitch materials are heavy duty with a powder coating. Exposed components (lock, mounting receiver and 7 PIN connector) are protected by the included rubber covers, preventing exposure to road dirt and other elements. 7 PIN connector with 4 PIN adapter was included. The materials are precise and manufactured specifically for this vehicle. Everything operates as stated. No interference with automated lift gate operation. They were over an hour away from me - but the trip was worth it. A & A Trailer Hitch Center, Inc did an excellent job, exceeding my expectations! Job well done folks! THANK YOU!
