  Paid $26 for outside wash w tire shine. Drive away and noticed tire shine had only been applied on 1 small spot on each tire. not even the whole tire. I drove back to show workers and I received a puss face from the worker. Female. I asked what were they going to do and they all looked around in circles with no answer. I then asked for a full refund and was met w a screw face. After the ordeal of giving my information to her, I only received $5 for my refund. Not satisfied nor will I return or recommend. -5

  Horrible car wash. Did damage to the side of my car (front end, side). I didnt notice it until several hours later. My car was shaking side to side while I was in the car wash, thats not normal. Girl working there had some attitude when I declined the monthly fee. Would not recommend this place. Now I have a nice dent. Unbelievable.

  I got a premium car wash. The whole left side of my car was coated in an oil. I had to search for rags because there were none that were clean. I scrubbed the car off with the one rag i found and its still all over my car. I spoke to the employees to talk to a manager for a refund because my car is going to need a car wash after this and there was no manager on site. Several others in the vacuum lot were experiencing this same issue as well with no resolution. Came on 4/26 around 2:30

  I get my car washed at least once a week at your Congress/ Boynton Beach location. Without a doubt, you have a young man by the name of Jason who represents your company incredibly well. He has a smile on his face all day long. You have a real asset, I trust you treat him incredibly well as an employer.
