  It’s very irritating that I pay a monthly membership and can’t get my vehicle washed on a Friday night because their employees decided to shut it down early. Add to that, you get an attitude from people who are paid to spray down your car as it comes into the facility, But I guess that’s the world we live in

  Love this place, mostly because of Jason. My 3 year old agrees. She gets so excited to see him. We love coming here once or twice a month for the car wash, the vacuum, the rags, and Jason. He always offers to help take out weather mats or shine tires. Thank you so much Jason ◡̈.

  Absolutely horrible! Worst carwash I’ve ever been to. Only thing that came out of this experience was a scratch on my windshield. Car was still completely dirty. After looking through all the reviews I noticed there is a ton of terrible reviews and all they do is tell you to go on the website to contact someone. I’m currently on hold. Been 15 minutes. The automated system is just as bad as the wash. Tells you to hit two for a representative and just continues to repeat every time you hit it. Such a horrible experience all around. Wouldn’t recommend this place to someone I hate. Wish I could give negative stars

  Jason at Zips Car Wash is absolutely amazing! He always greets you with a smile and consistently goes the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. It's employees like him that keep me coming back. Highly recommend this location!
