Poor service. Apparently making an appointment means nothing. I sat there today for close on an hour after checking in on time only to watch my car sitting right where I left it. After 50+ minutes they couldn't even get started changing a single tire. I couldn't wait anymore so I had to leave. No apologies from the management, just "we are really busy". I wish they had told me that in the first place instead of wasting an hour of my time. Whatever you do I highly recommend not waiting for your car and making an appointment is a waste of time!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Tire Kingdom. My experience with both John (service representative) and Clifton (manager) was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service.
On May 1, I purchased four brand-new tires. At no point during the sale did John ask whether I wanted to purchase the road hazard warranty. As a first-time customer, I was under the impression that the tires came with warranty coverage based on what I was told. Had I been given the option, I absolutely would have purchased it. As a single mother who depends on her vehicle every day, protecting a major purchase like four new tires would have been an easy decision.
Around May 24, I got a flat tire and returned to the store on May 26 expecting it to be covered. Instead of trying to help, John immediately became argumentative and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging that the warranty option had never been discussed, he blamed me and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I left feeling like my concerns weren’t heard and that I was treated differently because I was a woman. His comments and attitude were completely inappropriate, and at one point I even felt that my faith was being mocked instead of respected.
Since that repair, my tire has continued to lose PSI. Because I no longer trusted Tire Kingdom, I took my vehicle to Tire Choice for a second opinion. They asked me whether Tire Kingdom had installed a plug instead of a patch. That question immediately concerned me because I believed my tire had been properly patched. If a plug was used instead, that should have been clearly explained to me, especially since tire repairs are a safety issue. No one at Tire Kingdom took the time to explain what repair had actually been performed.
When I returned to Tire Kingdom on June 11 to address the ongoing issue, I politely requested to speak with someone other than John because of our previous interactions. Instead of helping, John instructed the other employees not to assist me and insisted that only he would handle my case. I then asked to speak with the manager, Clifton, but he was also aggressive and refused to help resolve the situation. Rather than correcting what appeared to be mistakes made by their own staff, they refused to service my vehicle altogether.
The level of professionalism, communication, and customer care I experienced was unacceptable. A simple conversation at the time of purchase about warranty options could have prevented this entire situation. Instead, I was met with blame, disrespect, poor communication, and refusal to provide assistance.
I have reported this matter to Tire Kingdom’s corporate office and will also be filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I hope no other customer has to go through the experience I did.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a car service center. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment first thing in the morning. I sat there for over an hour and when I asked how much longer it would be, just to get an estimate, I was looked at with disgust. I then saw my car parked in the same spot it was when I arrived. I asked questions because I was confused about how appointments work if time is not set aside for customers who make appts vs those who just walk in. John was extremely rude. I have never been spoken to the way he spoke to me. I told him that the man we spoke to when I made the appointment told me I would be in and out in about an hour. He then ran all over the center “trying to figure out who told me that because that is impossible.” Arguing with me in front of everyone, telling me I was wrong and crazy for thinking that was true. It was literally what I was told on the phone. When I told him he was being rude in the way he was speaking to me, he said “I know and I apologize” BUT THEN CONTINUED TO SPEAK TO ME THAT WAY. He then refused to give me back my car keys & stated they were “lost.” I stood there waiting for over 10 minutes after I requested my keys back.
Great experience at Tire Kingdom. Went in not really knowing what to expect since it was my first time there, but they took care of me fast and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Definitely my new go-to spot for tires.
I never thought I would write a review for tire repair, but here it is. We had a nail in the tire, I drove to our neighborhood Tire Kingdom, and dreaded it was a Guy Territory. Well! A lovely gentleman welcomed me, offered a seat, informed me of the protocol, and proceeded to take the car for the diagnosis.
His name was John. He took a photo of the damage, provided a clear assessment- repair or replace, showed me the comparative costs, and accepted my decision.
All went smoothly, I am rather impressed how a Tire Kingdom drop-in could be so palatable. Mission accomplished.
