  I truly did not want to leave this review, especially because I had previously left a positive review after my first visit to this location. After my first time having my vehicle serviced here, John at the customer service desk began texting my personal phone and asking me out on dates. I initially tried to politely decline because I wanted to continue having my vehicle serviced at this location without creating an uncomfortable situation. However, after receiving several messages, I eventually had to clearly explain that I was not interested. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, August 29, at 8:00 a.m. for an oil change. I purposely scheduled an early appointment because I hoped to get my vehicle serviced quickly and be on my way. Unfortunately, the night before my appointment, I happened to see John at the Ale House while I was having dinner with friends. He approached me to say hello and asked whether I had received his message confirming my appointment. I remained polite and tried not to make the situation uncomfortable. The next morning, I arrived for my scheduled appointment. John checked me in and took my keys. Before sitting down in the lobby, I asked to see the estimated cost of my oil change because I had a $30 promotional discount. At that point, his attitude seemed to change. He turned the computer monitor around and showed me a price of $89, even after the $30 discount. I drive a 2017 Honda Civic and always use synthetic oil. I asked why the price was so high because I had never paid $89 for a synthetic oil change. John told me I could use cheaper oil if I wanted to. I explained that I always use synthetic oil. He then offered to take an additional $15 off the price. Because I was already there and did not want to cause a scene, I agreed and waited in the lobby. I ended up waiting approximately one hour and 45 minutes, despite having an 8:00 a.m. appointment and only one other customer being there when I arrived. When my vehicle was finally ready, I paid approximately $71 for the oil change. Afterward, I looked at my previous invoice from Firestone and discovered that I had paid the same $71 for a synthetic oil change there, even with only a $15 discount. I am sharing my experience because I believe women should feel comfortable getting their vehicles serviced without feeling pressured or uncomfortable because an employee has obtained their personal phone number through the business and repeatedly contacts them for personal reasons. My experience left me feeling uncomfortable, and I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  The Tire Kingdom crew are an exceptional team. They are effective, efficient and reliable in the work that they provide. John was very helpful in making sure that my car was safe to leave the shop. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

  Wonderful experience with Tire Kingdom today. Unfortunately had to have a tire replaced in the midst of a busy day with a toddler in tow. They took me right away and had me out the door in 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly!

  I came here after a friend recommended this location, and I’m so glad I did! As a girl, walking into a testosterone filled room can be intimidating and I thought “how badly am I about to get ripped off?” .. not here. Everyone was incredibly kind, open, and informative. They actually took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand instead of just throwing car terms at me and hoping I nodded along. I never felt pressured or talked down to, and I genuinely felt like they wanted to help me make the best decision for my car. Brian and the whole team (Clifton & angel) were awesome, honest, and super easy to work with. It’s refreshing to find a shop where you can feel comfortable, ask questions, and leave knowing you were taken care of. 10/10 would recommend — especially to my fellow girls who walk into a tire shop already mentally preparing to be scammed.

  I want to give a special thank-you to Keith at Tire Kingdom for helping me with my car issues. From the moment I came in, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. Keith explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car before moving forward. He was patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated how honest and helpful he was throughout the entire process. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly cares about helping customers, and Keith definitely stood out. He made a stressful situation much easier for me, and I’m grateful for the time and effort he put into helping me get my car taken care of. Overall, I had a great experience because of Keith. I would definitely recommend Tire Kingdom to others, especially if they’re lucky enough to have Keith helping them.
