  First time there...excellent customer care, fast and reliable service. Jim was patient and explained service options, provided costs. Clean waiting area. TV. Would highly recommend!

  I normally don't leave bad reviews. I was quoted almost $1400 to replace my engine fan in my 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport. This is an insane amount of money, for a part that I wound up replacing myself for $350 an 1/2 hour of labor with basic tools and I'm not a mechanic.

  At tires Choice they were friendly but I had a horrible experience with the Michelin tires I purchased. The tires Michelin Defenders 2 purchased 3 months ago look like this. I didn't purchase the road hazard because I thought it was the same as AAA which I have. Therefore the 70k warranty wasn't honored. They said the tires weren't defected but that the allaignment was off. They offered me a discount of $40 per tire on higher end tires and $40 off the oil change. The tires are upgraded and we will see how they hold up. I am giving them the benifit of the doubt. I usually go to Firestone but wanted the Michelin tires to match the other tires on the vehicle. I did purchase the road hazard this time. It was upsetting that in February I spent $500+ on 2 tires and now again $800, and still recieved no warranty from Michelin nor Tire Choice for the tires not lasting more than 3k miles. I am writing this review so others will be aware and shop wisely.
