    Went in for my regular oil change with my $24 off coupon as ive been doing at this location fir years. They( Julie) the manager charged me for synthetic oil which I did not request. She said she spoke to me while I was in line. First, there was no line, and Second she wasn't even in the building. While waiting in my vehicle for the guys to get started she came walking across the lot. I went back for a refund as the total didn't jibe. Julie couldn't have been more rude. Lied about talking to me etc.etc etc. Said next time we'll charge you $170. When I told her you have cameras let's look at yesterday morning, then I got my money back. It takes only a second to lose a good customer. As I said been going here for years. No more. WATCH YOUR BILL!

    Outstanding service from start to finish! ​I had an incredible experience at Jiffy Lube today. Everyone on the team took such great care of me, making the whole visit completely stress-free. A special shoutout to Jessica, who went completely out of her way to inform me about an active safety recall on my car that I had no idea about—she truly went above and beyond! ​The service was exceptionally fast, highly efficient, and delivered with genuine courtesy. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here for all my routine maintenance. Highly recommend!

    im not sure how someone can manage to mess up an oil change so royally, but i understand accidents happen. what i cannot understand is the absolutely rotten attitude the manager has and why she was so incredibly rude to me when they did something to cause my truck to have issues starting. i tried to ask questions to find a solution and all i was met with was "it's an old truck... i've done this for 30 years and never seen this" on top of her literally yelling at me. i had to call my mechanic father to calm myself down while the manager was actively avoiding a conversation with me, meanwhile i was in tears because this is my only transportation and no one seemed to want to help me except for one kind technician who was initially working on my truck. after all this, my truck is spitting smoke and oil out of the exhaust and i've been waiting for nearly an hour waiting for the excess oil to burn off. after research and getting the chance to actually look at my vehicle, my assumption is they overfilled the oil (which in fact CAN cause an engine to have issues starting) and then drained it without telling me/owning up to their mistake as the level was acceptable when i finally was able to check it. truck started up perfectly fine this morning.
