  horrible service. tirnover, rude staff. promised a ride, called to confirm then when I arrive they told me its a 30 minute wait. Cant do business with people like this.

  Fast , friendly and knowledgeable about all the options available to me . They provide transportation to get me to there office and picked up the rental , so that I wouldn’t have to make an extra trip . Awesome customer service.

  I was recently hit by a enterprise vehicle i am a double amputee and enterprise has been holding my car for 3 months now not answering the phone and being completely uncooperative

  I have rented vehicles from this location many times and I never had a problem. I live close to this rental location which makes it convenient for me to pick up and drop off the car. On 7/1, as I was leaving NY already sitting on the plane I searched on Priceline for a 13 day rental for Boynton Beach and Enterprise showed availabilty for a Compact SUV. I reserved it. I headed straight from PBI to the rental location to find out that they had NO cars available and that other people are waiting for SUVs to come in too and that I should call the next day to see if anything is available. The manager said that unfortunately there is nothing they can do. The next day I called and nothing became available. I went back to PBI the next day and picked up a car from AVIS without any issue
