  Mr. Escobar is an angel! The manager at this location is so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful! He has saved me lots of money and I know if I can’t figure it out he’s always there to help!

  Here’s a polished Google review you can use: I stopped by AutoZone today and had a really good experience overall. Elijah was the sales rep who helped us, and he was absolutely helpful, patient, and had a great attitude. Chris was also very nice and helped us find the best deal for what we were looking for, which I really appreciated. The only downside was another gentleman in the back with long hair. We were asking basic questions, like whether we could borrow tools and return them, and his responses came off pretty pessimistic and dismissive. I completely understand if the store has certain rules or limitations, but customers coming into an auto parts store are usually looking for guidance, and there’s a better way to communicate that. That being said, Elijah and Chris really helped turn the experience around. We got what we needed, the job was done, and I appreciate their help. Hopefully the other employee can improve his customer service approach, but overall I’m thankful for the assistance we received.

  Elias and Alejandra were such great help! I was in and out in less than 10 mins. They provided great service and helped ease my stress. Alejandra even gave me information for mechanics for my further questions and Elias installed my battery without any issues! Definitely recommend!!

  Had a wonderful experience with this location. I needed new windshield wipers. Elias greeted me with a smile, was quick to help me look up the size I needed, walked me down the aisle to help me choose (as opposed to sending me down the aisle). He even helped me check my existing wipers before purchasing them helped me put them on. Incredibly helpful and easy. Thank you for going above and beyond, Elias!
