  Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been to. Walked in and it was a ghost town, no cars, no service, no professionalism. Two staff members were loitering at the door, one guy chatting on his phone like he was catching up with family, another glued to a call at a desk. I stood right in front of him for over 15 minutes, being completely ignored. When more people wandered in, he finally noticed me. And when I said I had a flat, he basically barked that it’d take ‘an hour or two’ because they were so busy. Even though the shop was empty. Zero courtesy, zero respect, zero sense that customers matter. This place doesn’t deserve business. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else

  I found Dallas, the Assistant Manager, to be extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time explaining my options, breaking down prices and was extremely fair. It is because of his great service that I will be returning.

  My husband had a flat tire on our Tesla. After much difficulty in trying to get Tesla to come out he was patiently waiting in the parking lot at the Bonita Springs Publix. An employee of Tire Choice was returning after lunch at Publix and stopped at the car and asked if my husband needed help with his flat tire. He said he would be glad to help and the business he was at was in the same parking lot. They did have to go get a tire from another store and did come back and change the tire for him. If that wasn’t customer service! Well done Tire Choice of Bonita Springs. I give them an A+ and 5 Stars. We would definitely recommend this business!

  I cannot say enough great things about Frank. He is incredible and went above and beyond to help us with fixing a tire. I highly recommend this place to others.
