  Refused to honor the appointment I made because they were too busy and “corporate should not have made the appointment.” Well they did and I had hotel reservations the next day for a well earned vacation. Not only food they refuse to honor appointment they couldn’t have been ruder or more unprofessional if they tried. Save yourself a headache go ANYWHERE ELSE!

  They got me cause of the reasonable tire pricing but the tire delivery was 45mins after my appointment time they only had one balancing machine took over 2 hrs to change 2 tires and they weren’t even busy like that

  I had previously purchased a full set of tires here. But one tire had a clean puncture and they wouldn’t plug it. Corporate policy. Nor could they patch it since although the puncture was on the main portion of the tire, their patches are too big. I had no choice but to buy a new tire. The old one would have been perfectly good with a plug. But Corporate profit comes first. I have to buy a full set for my other car, but not here.

  I came in after work with a nail in my tire, 30 minutes before closing time and I asked if I was able to get my tire patched and they very much did and completed the patch efficiently and in speedy time! I very much appreciate their hard work and timeliness! Excellent service! Thank you!

  Excellent job on my a tire puncture repair involving a costly new tire which had picked up a thick screw. Tech and team did a great job resurfacing the inside of the tire to support a patch. Great customer service and high quality work at a fair price… highly recommend!!!
