  Great experience at Tire Kingdom! Came in for an oil change and the whole process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and professional, and they got me taken care of without any issues. Definitely would come back! Rosemary was extremely helpful!

  The location across from Charm City is unbelievable! I purchased four tires they have the best price of anyone around including Costco. The entire staff was amazing, above and beyond and so professional. I wish I could give 10 stars. Brought it back for a re-torque at 25 Miles and also they checked the air in the tires and topped off my fluid. I have never had service like this before. I will be recommending this location to my friends and family.

  Best Tire Kingdom location! I brought my car in on a Sunday with a flat tire, and they immediately tried to save me money by patching it first. Unfortunately, the damage was too large to repair, but they had a new tire installed and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. Jessica took great care of me and was incredibly friendly and helpful. She does an excellent job building rapport with customers and the community, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in. Dovan replaced the tire and made sure everything was good to go before I left. Fast, honest, friendly service and they actually tried to save me money before recommending a replacement. This is by far the best Tire Kingdom location I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

  ⭐ 1-star review I went to this Tire Kingdom because their price for replacing one tire was a little cheaper than the other shop I had visited earlier that same day. Before going to Tire Kingdom, I had maintenance performed on my vehicle at another shop, and the tire-pressure monitoring system was working perfectly. After Tire Kingdom replaced the tire, the TPMS sensor on that exact wheel stopped communicating, the warning light came on, and my dashboard stopped displaying the tire-pressure readings. Tire Kingdom attempted to reprogram the sensor, but it still would not work. They then told me the sensor’s battery had simply died. I find that extremely suspicious considering it happened immediately after they worked on that specific wheel, while the other sensors continued working normally. The dealership previously told me that all four sensors had been replaced, so they were not supposed to be old. Tire Kingdom also initially worked on the wrong tire, and when I returned regarding the sensor problem, one of my Lexus valve-stem caps was missing. They eventually replaced the cap, but several weeks have passed and the actual sensor problem remains unresolved. I cannot personally prove exactly what happened to the sensor during the tire replacement, but the timing is very concerning. Everything worked before their service, and immediately afterward the sensor on the wheel they handled stopped working. I should not have to pay approximately $200 to repair a problem that appeared directly after their work. I have photos, receipts, mileage records, and documentation of my attempts to resolve this. I am requesting that Tire Kingdom either replace and correctly program the TPMS sensor at no cost to me or reimburse me for having it repaired elsewhere. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this location.
