  Five stars! We had an amazing experience at Tire Choice. Richard and Vince were both incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful from start to finish. They had the tires we needed in stock, quoted us about three hours, and had everything finished in only two hours. The quality of the work was fantastic, and their prices and available deals made the experience even better. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will absolutely return. I highly recommend this location—thank you again, Richard and Vince!

  Went to the service center because of a flat tire, was very specific about it, was told it will take 20 minutes, I left the place and came back 45 minutes later to pick my car and found the hood open. When inquired about it the only explanation was “a routine inspection” I never authorized a routine inspection and told specifically to fix my flat tire, not to open the hood “just fo a check” . Why is a simple command so hard to follow. My car didn’t had any check light on but the tires one. Must say my car 45 minutes after was not ready for the flat tire, and magically a second screw appeared on my rear tire in a zone “ non fixable”. Looking for new tire sale ??? At this point with my car not being ready decided to request my car back. Received my car with all the windows down and the leather seats dirty. Not planning to come back ever with that crew there. Worst experience ever with you.

  I ordered a tire from this location and was quoted $698.75. After placing the order, I checked prices elsewhere and found the exact same tire at Tire Rack for $363.85. I canceled my order with the store manager, Richard, the same day I placed it. However, two days later, the charge was still showing on my credit card. When I called the store today (7/29), Richard told me it would take more than two weeks to receive a refund. Just be aware that if you need to cancel an order, you may have to wait a long time to get your money back.

  Today wouldn't check or add freon without a complete AC check and with an appointment and last time I recently did an oil change they didn't include rotating tires. Done.

  Was an ok experience . Went for an oil change . They told me on phone was gonna be $89 total but at end of it there it ended up being $139. They also said it was gonna me 1 hr wait and and it was way over 2 hours . I got there at 220pm didn’t end up leaving till 445pm
