  I rented a car at the New Orleans Airport location. I had the car for one night. I picked it up after arriving in NOLA and on my way to the hotel, I noticed that there was a crack in the windshield directly in the driver's view. I parked the car at the hotel and didn't drive because it was unsafe to do so. I took the car back the next day. Two months later, I received a phone call stating I had a bill for $695.20 for a scratched hubcap! I never received a letter from Six and I don't see how I could have done this. I talked to the representative and told her my experience and she said she was going to look into it and call me back. She never did. I received a finial notice letter in the mail instead. In the photos that were sent to me, I can see the reflection of the woman taking the picture and she is laughing. This company must think making people pay almost $700 for a hubcap on a Toyota Camry is comical. I will NEVER use this company again and I will be submitting a BBB complaint.

  Terrible staff in Boca Raton. Rude and not accommodating. It was a quick walk to enterprise location, right behind. There, I left with a car in 12 minuets.

  Worst experience and a trip to see family ruined! Wouldn’t rent me a car due to not having a cc however I had everything else and provided multiple documents. When asked if I could switch the reservation into my sisters name they wouldn’t and would have to do a new reservation which was double the price. This place ruined my trip with my family that I can no longer go and see. No compassion and no good customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Rented a car for 3 months and they try charging extra cleaning fee. Don’t rent from them. Tires brakes and alignment bad. Their response was you had it for 3 months. Same doesn’t apply for wear and tear?

  The Sixt subscription plan was a nightmare. Pickup was fine, but then I got an email demanding I return the car early, 6 days before my actual return date, or face a fine. I live 1.5 hours away, so this meant extra gas and mileage just to comply. I called to schedule the swap, got a Sunday appointment, and called again that morning to confirm. They assured me the booking was locked in, said they’d reserved a vehicle, and sent a booking number. I drove 1.5 hours only to be told I was the fourth person sent there with no vehicles available and that the booking was worthless. What followed was pure runaround. Customer service blames the local office, the local office blames a different department, four times over. I left with the same car and an empty promise to look at it later. They also claimed I wouldn’t be charged the threatened penalty, but after this circus I’m not holding my breath. One star, and only because zero isn’t an option.
