She listened carefully to my needs and preferences, answered every question with patience and impressive expertise, and even suggested a vehicle option that turned out to be the perfect fit for my trip. Her knowledge of the cars, insurance details, and practical driving advice was outstanding and made the whole process so much smoother and more enjoyable.   I made a reservation for a two‑day rental and was quoted $32 per day. I prepaid $186 after all fees were calculated. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told my reservation was somehow listed as a 17‑day rental. I corrected the agent, and they said they would fix it and reissue the rental for the original two days. After adding the basic vehicle insurance, the total suddenly jumped to $399. The $32 daily rate I was quoted was nowhere to be found. I returned the car on Monday and realized I had accidentally left my residential keys in the center console. I immediately called customer service and was told I had to fill out a form instead of being connected directly to the rental location. They said someone from the site would contact me — no one ever did. I’ve called customer service multiple times and keep getting the same response: “Someone will get back to you.” No one has. I cannot recommend this company. They do not honor their quoted prices, and their customer service is extremely poor. This is exactly the kind of generic, copy-paste response I expected — the same reply you give every negative review without actually addressing the issue. I filed a lost claim on Monday and have received zero follow-up on its status. No email, no call, nothing. A templated response does not resolve my problem. I need someone to actually look into my claim and provide a real update. Please contact me directly with a status on my lost claim.

  I had a terrible experience with this company. I rented a car for one day and accidentally left two packages inside. I only realized it about two hours after returning the car to the rental location. I tried to contact them, but they were already closed. I followed all the procedures on their website for lost items, but they never responded. The next morning, I went there in person to ask about my belongings, and they told me there was nothing in the car. I asked them to check again, because after picking up the two packages, I went straight to return the car and didn’t stop anywhere. They treated me with complete disregard and my packages simply disappeared. I’m extremely upset and would NEVER recommend this company.
