  From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed and received amazing service. Andy greeted me with a smile, was extremely professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything very clearly. The entire rental process was smooth and pleasant, and I even received an upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise! I truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received. Andy went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I will definitely choose SIXT again!

  By far the worst experience renting a car ever. Changing policies without ever letting customers know before booking online. Garbage

  I booked a vehicle in a specific class and, although the vehicle they provided technically fell within that class, I immediately expressed my concern that the vehicle was too bulky for my comfort. I decided to take it anyway, but shortly after driving it, I noticed that the ride was very jumpy and the vehicle did not feel like it was driving properly. I contacted the rental location and was told they did not have another vehicle available. I returned the next day, only to be told that they couldn’t provide me with a vehicle from another location. I then went to another location myself, and they also told me they had no vehicles available. At that point, I simply requested a refund and offered to return the vehicle. Instead, I was told that because I had prepaid, they could not refund me. So essentially, I’m being forced to keep a vehicle that I’m uncomfortable driving and that I don’t feel is operating properly. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I understand that inventory can be limited, but when a customer reports that a vehicle is uncomfortable and, more importantly, that it is not driving properly, there should be an effort to provide a safe and reasonable alternative or offer an appropriate refund. Customer safety and satisfaction should come first. I would not recommend this location based on my experience, and I hope management takes this situation seriously.

  Listen what I can say is The service I received was top notch. I mean the best. I don’t know the girl with the glasses name (Spanish), or the older guy that’s next to her (he had a Grey Beard), but they deserve a million stars. Great customer service, great attitudes, I’m a member for life. Thanks to both of you. You did an amazing job. Trust me. With these two, you’ll be a member for life too.
