I had a leak in one of my tires, and at Mavis they helped me out very quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this place; they had rotated my tires before, too, and did an excellent job! Bryan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!

Carlos took care of my car. He is respectful as well as knowledgeable. They put a patch on a tire hole created by a screw. They tested the tire and the tire was ok. I can honestly say, this is one of very few places that I feel that I did not get "ripped off". I live in a very large community, I will certainly let my neighbors know how satisfied I am with Marvis Tire in Boca Raton.

I went to Mavis Tire without checking the reviews beforehand, and I seriously regret it.
I did not take my truck to Mavis. I am their neighbor across the street, and I brought the wheel and tire over to the shop myself.
Before handing over the wheel and tire, I took pictures and videos right in front of Mavis documenting the condition. Afterward, I discovered deep gouge scratches all over the rim. I personally watched the employee working on it.
My truck is a 2000 Ford F-350 dually, and these factory Alcoa wheels are rare and extremely difficult to replace. I cannot simply buy one replacement wheel. I have searched everywhere and can only find complete sets of six, often with bad tires, costing over $2,000. The gouges are also too deep to simply polish out.
I was extremely upset when I saw what happened, but I chose not to confront the employee because I did not want the situation to escalate.
To make matters worse, my original review somehow disappeared.

I have photos and videos documenting the condition of the rim before Mavis handled it. I expect Mavis to take responsibility for the damage and provide a reasonable solution.
