  I brought 2 cars in this week. With the first car, they lifted the hood and started working on it without even asking me what kind of oil I wanted. The lame excuse was that they were "using the same oil as last time." I don't think they ever looked the car up. I never have experienced this at a JL. With the second car, I was told that my Groupon gets a $10 upcharge because Jiffy Lube "raised their prices a couple days ago." Incorrect. The Groupon price is set. I only pay taxes and shop fees after the services. The clerk argued that "he only works there and can't do anything about it." Well, management has to either educate the staff or educate themselves and understand that the customer, once a Groupon is purchased, is not obligated to pay for any price increase from Jiffy Lube. No one should pay more for anything other than additional oil over 5 QT, shop fees, and taxes. Is every customer going to overpay on Groupons and other coupons do to these business practices? I was offered a lower price, but I still overpaid. Customers don't return if they feel they are being cheated, so it's JL that loses at the end.

  I had such a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location on Spanish River Blvd in Boca Raton! The team here is truly top-notch—everyone was so nice, polite, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. A special shoutout to Jennifer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated being able to stay in my car during the oil change, and they even kept AC running, which made a big difference. They got me in and out quickly without feeling rushed, and the whole process was super convenient. It’s not often you come across service this friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free oil change!

  Ask for Jennifer, Kareem. I am a busy single mom working 2 jobs & they will get you out in 15 minutes. Very professional & honest. They will show you exactly what might be wrong & it's up to say yes or no. It's very hard to find honest hard working mechanics, especially at a chain. I would highly recommend this location.
