  It was one of the simplest transactions that met my needs in a long time. The personnel - assistant mgr, the gentleman who checked me for the return, and especially Max who took time to set up my ApplePlay, explain the weekend return process, identified pre-existing body damage. Everyone was personable and the car ran fine. Returned with full gas tank and all went well. It added to a nice July 4 weekend at Melbourne Beach. Thanks.

  I rented my car in West Boca,Florida location which had very poor Car selection and Was grossly understaffed. The Staff was in a hurry and didn't show me basic operation of the features of the car I rented which I wasn't familiar with. The car I rented Drove like a piece of junk. I rented cars often in the US and other countries and this was my worst rental experience. Enterprise needs to have sufficient staff on hand at their rental locations and needs better car selection available for rental. The SUV I rented would not be my choice but there was no other Vehicle that would meet even my basic needs, there was supposedly another SUV vehicle Somewhere on the lot which I would be interested in but the staff didn't have time to find it.

  This is my closest Enterprice location in West Boca. I've never really had any great experience here. I rented numerous vehicles here over the last 10 years. I've had to compromise every single time (Dirty, smoked in, no gas)They have never had the type or size of vehicle I reserved in advance. It's the same excuse every time. This last time I reserved a suv large enough to fit family plus luggage. I assume they were never going to have the vehicle I needed. Just tried and talk me into something too small. Twice this year they've done the same thing, same excuse. At the counter they tell me I can call other locations to find what i need. (P. S. You might get from a suspected spam number voicemail to "discuss which vehicle you'd prefer", As long as its not your actual preference) In a nutshell take the website resevation, customer service and voicemail with a grain or two of salt. You'll be disappointed! All other issues were small compared to leaving without a rental the day of a trip.

  I have rented from this location three times in the last two weeks, and honestly that says it all. Thiago and Isiah are the reason I keep coming back. These two are the real deal. Professional, friendly, and genuinely fun to work with every single time. They make the whole process smooth and easy, and they always make you feel like a priority the moment you walk through the door. Finding people who actually care about the customer experience is rare. Thiago and Isiah are that. A+ service, every single visit. If you rent from this location, you are in great hands.
