From the moment we walked in, Tiago provided exceptional customer service and made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. He was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way Tiago does.   The rental car should have been paid by the insurance company since I was rear-ended and therefore I am not at fault for the accident. Even Enterprise confirmed this to me, yet they sent me away without asking for any payment. Now, today, they continue chasing me demanding $400 for the rental. This is truly unbelievable and unacceptable. #Enterprise #BocaRaton

  Smooth experience from beginning to end. The team was friendly, courteous, and made everything easy. They even provided rides to and from the nearby body shop while my car was being repaired. Excellent customer service!
