  The absolute WORST experience renting a car!! I rented for 5 months. Every month I had to renew my contract I was charged double. They had no idea what they were doing behind the desk. The manager Scott is an incompetent employee that nobody should hire. For all the double billing and inconvenience on my bank card and credit card I was promised a week free rent by a nice guy Noah but his rude boss Scott would not allow. You must check your bank and credit card statements carefully because Nobody there knows what they are doing. Many better car rentals in the area that are cheaper , more competent and way more honest. I highly recommend not using this branch of enterprise rent a car !

  Please call to double check if vehicles are in stock at the location. Missing out on a graduation due to no stock and was made aware until I showed up at the location. I asked for help in regards to seeing if other locations has any availability , with no help.

  Great service from Scott at the Boca Raton office. He checked in multiple times during my rental and afterwards to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction! Will definitely use this office again when I am back in the area.
