  La mia assicurazione mi ha prenotato l ' auto Il ragazzo di Enterprise mi ha consegnato l' auto non funzionante al ritorno non mi ha dato la caparra e dopo 30 giorni mi ha mandato da pagare altri 410 dollari dicendo che ho chiesto un auto grande si certo parlo ITALIANO

  We made a reservation for a pickup truck for a long road trip and were counting on your service. Two days before our pickup date, we went to the store specifically to confirm that you would have the exact vehicle we reserved. We were assured that the answer was yes. However, when we arrived to pick up the truck, you simply didn’t have it available. What made the situation even worse was the way we were treated. The staff was dismissive, acted as if the situation wasn’t important, and told us there was nothing they could do. There was no apology, no effort to find a solution, and no concern for the inconvenience this caused. We are frequent customers, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We trusted your confirmation and planned our trip around it, only to be left without the vehicle we reserved. This level of service is unacceptable, and we expected much better from a company we have relied on in the past.

  Dropped my car off here early before the required time and was charged for “extra time” on the rental showing the car was late. I don’t know what kind of fraud this location is attempting. I have been dealing with multiple calls, emails with back and forth with different enterprise locations because this was a one way rental. Will never come back here. Watch out for false charges being added to your final contract.

  My insurance company, Geico, booked the car for me, and Enterprise charged me for a larger vehicle that I never asked for; now they want an extra $406 for a car that kept stalling—which was actually dangerous.

The vehicles were exceptionally clean, the pricing was fair and competitive, and the entire process was seamless and stress-free.
