The short version: Under no circumstances do business here.
I went here to have damage repaired from a moron doing a hit and run on my car in my work's parking lot. Thankfully it was cosmetic in nature but the paint was damaged at the worst point down to the primer layer, but there was scratching all over the front and the plastic portion of the grill.
After being notified it's repaired, I show up and only the deepest gashes were actually rectified. While the deepest gashes did seem to be addressed with either skill or the professional equipment they had, they completely missed the other scratching. To which the manager replied when I mentioned the rest of the damage "Oh, you wanted us to repair ALL the damage?" Rookie mistake on my part not to get the damage estimate in writing, because that Friday when discussing the estimate it was very clear I wanted all the damage from the hit & run on my 3-week old car. I'm sure when it went into the shop whoever actually performed the repair just looked at the deep gash and didn't look elsewhere, and the manager just didn't double-check their work.
Worse, yeah it gets worse, there were two NEW scratches, both of which were impossible for another car to make and weren't there when I initially took it in, a long scratch deep in the grill on the left side, and a long curving scratch on the hood off to the right of the bumper, clearly from them re-mounting the bumper carelessly. Those were light and clear-coat scratches, I can buff them out this weekend but that's not the point, when paying for a repair, I shouldn't have NEW scratches from careless work.
While a bad experience can happen to anyone, and anyone could have a bad day of work, what was most disturbing to me is when taking the keys back I asked if I could wash it, since it was just painted...manager replied "you don't need to we already washed it." I turned my head, looked out the glass door where my car was looking at the pollen stain that was there last week and the layer of dust covering the car. It's one thing to just have a bad experience, but when someone so comfortably lies right to your face it then begs the question: what else are they comfortable lying to you about.
Sorry for the novel, but this wasn't just a bad experience, these are symptoms of systemic issues at this business. The fact that they're dishonest was the worst bit, everyone can make mistakes but I don't recommend doing business with anyone who is so willing to lie to your face here.
