  Timothy M was amazing! He helped me when all the other stores I went to couldn’t. He helped me install my key fob battery. Will be back soon. Oh and he should be promoted too

  The staff is very helpful, nice, and kind. Soon as I walked in Timothy walked up to me and greeted me. He was very knowledgeable and double checked to be certain. I was relieved things like that and top notch customer service made me feel in great hands.

  My AC has been broken in my car for months. Finally I gave in and ended up at the AutoZone on NW 20th street in Boca. That’s where I met D’Angelo, a god amongst men. He was kind and not judgmental as he listened to me fumble over words to explain exactly what I was hoping to fix. He helped me check my freon and walked me through all the possible issues I could be having. He diagnosed that it was probably my blower motor and resistor. He assured me that it had a lifetime warranty and IF that wasn’t the problem, I could come return it (as long as it wasn’t damaged of course). Luckily he has a sixth sense for these types of scenarios and his suggestion completely fixed my AC issue!! My family is so happy to not have to drive in the Florida heat anymore!! THANK YOU D’ANGELO!! May your pillow always be cool and you get every green light while you’re driving. I wish you all the good things, you are amazing!!

  Update on the new visit D’Angelo really did a great job with redeeming the store and its service last time I went in for just front breaks and rotors last night I went for all of it with no issues everything fits like it should pictures of my old rotors and breaks and a picture of not so great shot of the new rotors d’Angelo took his time made share I had the right parts will be stopping by again very soon thank you very much ever no and again stores deserve another chance to make things right
